This ends up causing unnecessary traffic that spills out onto the main street, which is frustrating not just for customers but for everyone driving by. I was told by an employee named Brandon that it's "policy" for members to only use the membership lane. That would make sense if it didn't directly contribute to congestion, especially when other LUV locations allow members to use the non-membership lane to help ease traffic and keep things flowing efficiently. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed compared to other locations. Hoping management reconsiders this policy because it definitely impacts the customer experience.

Today was the last straw. Every single time I come here, I tell the staff the same thing: please make sure the compressed air dries the vehicle completely before I leave. Yet every single visit, as soon as I drive away, water starts dripping from the side mirrors, door sills, and other crevices. I end up having to dry the car myself at home, and that's when I notice everything else that was missed. The windows are streaky, there are water spots and stains left on the paint, dust is still on the vehicle, and the overall attention to detail is lacking. Today I asked why the rubber floor mats hadn't been wiped down. I was told, "We only vacuum them." The problem is, they hadn't even done that. The mats were still dirty. I finally told the manager, "I'm never coming back here." I've been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money here over the years. It took me less than a minute to wipe down the rubber mats myself, but much longer to correct the rest of the poor workmanship. When I pay for a professional car wash, I shouldn't have to finish the job at home. And please don't offer me another free car wash card.
