If you're looking for information about how this business actually carries out their washes, don't bother. I inquired about the steps they take for their wash since it was going to cost me $70 and they only told me to "refer to their flyer" which just mentions that they do an exterior wash and interior clean. When I told them that they didn't provide that information, they said to not bother calling them in the future and provided additional snark in their email. read more

Joseph is really great!! I had reached out to a couple businesses through yelp but Joseph was really reliable punctual and gave me lots of different options to choose from! I was pleased that he had a same day appointment available as well. My car came out super nice! It had been a while since I had washed it and I am not able to take it as often due to me having my baby with me most of the time. STAY AWAY - My Brand New 2026 Toyota Tundra Was Damaged TWICE…read more I had been coming to Blue Wash Express Car Wash in Reseda for years without any major issues. Because I had always had a good experience there, I recently brought my brand-new 2026 Toyota Tundra to be washed. During my first visit, nobody warned me that I should fold the mirrors or that the wash equipment could be an issue for a wider truck. Right at the end of the wash, one of the large plastic blower flaps slammed aggressively into my passenger-side mirror, folding it in and leaving scratches on the mirror housing. I immediately called over one of the employees. He was very apologetic, tried to buff the scratches out with wax (without much success), and even told me they would take responsibility if anything further was needed. Since it seemed like an unfortunate one-time incident, I decided to let it go. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The second time I came back, I remembered what had happened and made sure to fold my mirrors before entering the wash, even though no employee mentioned it. I thought that would prevent any problems. Instead, near the end of the wash I heard another loud impact from the equipment on the same passenger side of my truck. When I got out, I found scratches on the rear right passenger-side door. Again, one of the employees apologized, documented everything, and told me that because there was no manager on site, someone would contact me no later than the following day. Nobody called. Nobody emailed. After waiting two days, I called and left a message. A day later, the manager, Rafael, finally returned my call. Instead of trying to help, he immediately questioned my claim and asked why I hadn't taken pictures of my truck before entering the wash. I suggested he simply review the security camera footage from the exact time of the incident, where the impact should be clearly visible. He agreed to review it and call me back. Again, no call. I eventually returned to the location to speak with Rafael in person. He refused to show me the camera footage from the passenger-side angle, refused to accept any responsibility, and offered absolutely no solution. Instead, he blamed me for not having "before" photos of my vehicle and even told me that he personally photographs his own car before every car wash, implying that I should have done the same. This is a brand-new truck that had no scratches or damage before visiting this car wash. It has now been damaged on two separate visits! If you care about keeping your vehicle in good condition--especially if you own a truck or larger vehicle--I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but refusing to take responsibility, failing to follow up, and blaming the customer is unacceptable. I won't be coming back.

It's pricey so you expect quality which I normally get but not today. It's like they didn't move the carpets to vacuum. The interior is dusty and I really don't like writing this but I paid over $45 for the second next to top tier service. Also, no air freshener at all. My paint job is janky so I don't expect miracles but I spend a great portion of my day driving daily and I like it to be clean. The tires and windows are good but my doors have weird spots of cleaner. I'm really bummed about this morning.

Joseph has detailed two cars for me. My roommate was so impressed with the results that she also had her car done by Joseph. He did an outstanding job on all of the cars. Whether he was working on my old minivan from the early 2000's or my new car (pictured) he treats everything with the same level of care. He is attentive to the details and the results speak to that. Beyond the glossy exterior and spotless and fresh interior, one of my favorite perks is that my car always smells SO good after he's done. He offers an optional array of air fresheners and I personally like the vanilla one. During these times we can show support to independently owned/ small businesses when and where we can. Excellent service, in terms of both Joseph's professionalism and the quality of the work. Joseph was responsive, on time, very nice and accommodating; everything went off without a hitch. And the work was fantastic. I have a large SUV, and I hadn't had it detailed in a few years. In the meantime, my dogs made an absolute mess of the interior, and recent trips to the snow completely covered the exterior in dirt, on top of what's been caked on over the last few years. Joseph transformed it all back to absolutely pristine shape. The before/after pics are hilarious. My car is unrecognizable. If you need your car detailed, I highly recommend Sick Mobile Auto Detail! I reached out to Joseph about detailing my Jeep Wrangler, as it was extremely dirty and had dried spills, and water marks from rain. He responded very quickly and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. Words cannot express how happy I was to see the Jeep being so clean, he took care of the dried spills, dust, the mats were wiped clean even the air vents were clean!!! I am disabled on a fixed income, and was searching for a affordable mobile auto detailer when Joseph was referred to me. I drive a older model car and have taken it to many other car washes over the years. Never once have they taken the time to clean all my little knobs and small areas of my dash. I had Joseph here today. There are many good reasons to deal with this company. Easy to contact, easy to schedule with. Shows up as agreed with all the material and equipment needed for the job. In my case it was a Sunday, Thanksgiving weekend. We recently had the awful fires here and the cars were a mess. He did three, got right to work. Good attitude, did extra stuff. Sick Mobile Auto Detail was highly recommended to me awhile ago and I finally used them! Why did I wait so long, they did an amazing job. I had a basic package done on two cars. One my husband's SUV that usually looks like a junkyard and the other a new minivan that spent a week in the snow of Big Bear with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They both looked brand new when they were done. All I can say is WOW... or should I say SICK! I got my CRV cleaned outside my apartment so I didn't have to leave my kids or chores. Joseph did a great job and I've never seen my CRV so clean & detailed!
