If you're looking for information about how this business actually carries out their washes, don't bother. I inquired about the steps they take for their wash since it was going to cost me $70 and they only told me to "refer to their flyer" which just mentions that they do an exterior wash and interior clean. When I told them that they didn't provide that information, they said to not bother calling them in the future and provided additional snark in their email. read more

Joseph is really great!! I had reached out to a couple businesses through yelp but Joseph was really reliable punctual and gave me lots of different options to choose from! I was pleased that he had a same day appointment available as well. My car came out super nice! It had been a while since I had washed it and I am not able to take it as often due to me having my baby with me most of the time. Joseph did an amazing job on my dad's truck. I requested for him to detail the inside because my dad has a lot of dogs and the interior had a lot of dog hair. When he was done It was super clean! I had a very disappointing experience here today that led me to cancel my membership…read more I pulled up to the gate using my membership, but the machine would not open. Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer. I really appreciate a business that owns a mistake and goes above and beyond to fix it. We'll definitely be back every other week to keep our kid car looking human again. Could not be happier.

Today Mr. Alonso was helping at the entrance, and the kind of warmth and enthusiasm that he greeted me with, made me reflect on how every time I see this guy at work, he's putting in 100% focus, effort and care. He started helping cars drive into the washer correctly, and I was always impressed with how seriously he took he job. It contrasted the times I've seen some people in the past let their eyes stray elsewhere during the process, and it makes themselves seems less attentive. Alonso was 100% attentive today and always. I think Alonso is the kind of employee that really ought to be compensated more than fairly, but rather handsomely. Alonso mirrors his coworker Pablo, and they should be paid well to keep them happy and less susceptible to getting poached by local business owners looking to staff up with the best staff possible. I really appreciate Alonso and Pablo, because they've been around for so long and always giving it their all, but really I can also say much of the same about Joaquin, Juan jr and Dash. I don't see them as often but when I do I see a very high level of commitment and professionalism. They all really seem committed to their jobs, and it says a lot about the company. I can't imagine staff working so diligently for an employer that isn't compensating them competitively. And I think whoever does the staffing for LUV Topanga Cyn Blvd. and Reseda Blvd. locations needs a raise as well. They really know what they're doing. Yes, I am a very happy LUV Car wash subscriber, and I am a very satisfied customer: washer usually washes everything rarely misses, vacuums are strong, and blowers are equally powerful. Joseph has detailed two cars for me. My roommate was so impressed with the results that she also had her car done by Joseph. He did an outstanding job on all of the cars. Whether he was working on my old minivan from the early 2000's or my new car (pictured) he treats everything with the same level of care. He is attentive to the details and the results speak to that. Beyond the glossy exterior and spotless and fresh interior, one of my favorite perks is that my car always smells SO good after he's done. He offers an optional array of air fresheners and I personally like the vanilla one. During these times we can show support to independently owned/ small businesses when and where we can. Excellent service, in terms of both Joseph's professionalism and the quality of the work. Joseph was responsive, on time, very nice and accommodating; everything went off without a hitch. And the work was fantastic. I have a large SUV, and I hadn't had it detailed in a few years. In the meantime, my dogs made an absolute mess of the interior, and recent trips to the snow completely covered the exterior in dirt, on top of what's been caked on over the last few years. Joseph transformed it all back to absolutely pristine shape. The before/after pics are hilarious. My car is unrecognizable. The whole experience was better than I could've hoped: convenient, fairly priced, and exceptionally successful. read more

If you need your car detailed, I highly recommend Sick Mobile Auto Detail! I reached out to Joseph about detailing my Jeep Wrangler, as it was extremely dirty and had dried spills, and water marks from rain. He responded very quickly and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. Words cannot express how happy I was to see the Jeep being so clean, he took care of the dried spills, dust, the mats were wiped clean even the air vents were clean!!! I am disabled on a fixed income, and was searching for a affordable mobile auto detailer when Joseph was referred to me. I drive a older model car and have taken it to many other car washes over the years. Never once have they taken the time to clean all my little knobs and small areas of my dash. Honestly the best mobile car wash and detailing in the San Fernando Valley. Definitely get a bang for your buck. I originally hired joseph for a basic wash on my honda civic since I was looking to sell it. He beyond exceeded my expectations. My car looked fresh off the lot! Couldn't believe how clean it was. I had Joseph here today. There are many good reasons to deal with this company. Easy to contact, easy to schedule with. Shows up as agreed with all the material and equipment needed for the job. In my case it was a Sunday, Thanksgiving weekend. We recently had the awful fires here and the cars were a mess. He did three, got right to work. Good attitude, did extra stuff. Sick Mobile Auto Detail was highly recommended to me awhile ago and I finally used them! Why did I wait so long, they did an amazing job. I had a basic package done on two cars. One my husband's SUV that usually looks like a junkyard and the other a new minivan that spent a week in the snow of Big Bear with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They both looked brand new when they were done. All I can say is WOW... or should I say SICK! I got my CRV cleaned outside my apartment so I didn't have to leave my kids or chores. Joseph did a great job and I've never seen my CRV so clean & detailed! He did an amazing job cleaning all the spots most car washers never do such as the turn signal control, stereo knobs, a/c vents, and even in between the doors! Joseph did a SUPER SICK detail of our FORERUNNER TRDPro ... believe me ... it was a mess from an off-roading trip ....Joseph was punctual and arrived at his stated time of 6:30 AM .... and he waited 30 minutes for the guard gate to allow him into our community....
