They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. We called the closest RV place in the area and were fortunate to talk to Carrie who immediately scheduled American Towing to help us out. John and his assistant were there within about a half an hour, took off our tire, and followed us with hazards flashing all the way to Price Right, a few miles away. The Price Right service team looked at our brake immediately, assessed the damage, and had it repaired by the next morning, allowing us to continue on with our camping plans for the holiday!! That was NOT what we had expected, so we were happily surprised and are currently on our way to the campground to spend time with family!!!
