They did a great job on my car after I was in an accident. Davis worked seamlessly with Progressive to get the job done. They kept me informed while they had my car so I was updated on the status. What a great experience I had with Davis Collision last week. Very friendly and helpful employees.The communication was over the phone, i never left my car for the on sight appraisal, dropped my car off on Sunday- dropped key in mail box to get the car fixed. Pick up was arranged with no contact again...key and bill was on the passenger seat, so I could just sit in and drive away. Couldn't ask for better service. One of the parts arrived not to their standards and sent it back. Also suggested to leave my car over the weekend so their work could dry better in their heated garage instead of my 28° garage. I left stuff in my car...they retrieved it. They kept me up updated. Davis Collision Center was great! My husband hit a deer and the car was severely damaged, almost to the point of having to declare it totaled. Davis Collision fixed the car up so well you can't even tell it was damaged! The car looks brand new! Davis was great at working with the insurance company, and keeping us updated. Even when my husband was out of town they would call both of us to make sure we were both updated. As someone that absolutely dreads this stuff, they made the experience as pain free as possible and answered all of my dumb questions in a friendly manner. I could not believe how their customer service kept par with the work they did on our car. I of course hope that we never have to go a body shop again, but if we do we will hands down be going here again. read more

It is always great to find a trustworthy auto shop when an emergency arises when one is far from home. My car was severely damaged when it was hit by an non-observant driver. Davis worked with my insurance company, updated me regularly on the scope of the damage and when I could expect it repaired. The end product was exquisite; it looked and ran like new. Being in landscape contracting, we have a lot of vehicles. With all those vehicles accidents happen. For over twenty five years I used Davis Collision and was always very satisfied with their work. The last vehicle they worked on was my Chevy Suburban. They have a very large sign in their shop that clearly states "Life time guarantee on paint". Several years after they performed repairs on the rear quarter panel & reprinted my front bumper the paint began to pit and rust started to develop. When I showed them that their paint was failing they said they have to find the paperwork to see what repairs were actually preformed. Not hearing anything back for a couple of months, I called and was told they had not located the work order. I called my insurance company & they gladly emailed me a copy of what was done. I stopped in to show them the work order and where the paint was pealing off my car and that rust was developing underneath. I was expecting them to say, no problem and schedule an appointment to get it taken care of. Unfortunately, even after being a loyal customer for over two decades and referring all my friends to them, they informed me there was nothing they could do. They said the painted Chevy bumpers were prone to rust spots and as far a the rear quarter panel, the area where the paint failed was about 6" above the tail pipe so there was nothing they would do about that either. I told them that their lifetime guaranty on paint didn't state those limitations. That was the last time I will ever use their service. What good is a guarantee if a company won't honor their word and stand behind their work? read more

I had brought in a brand new car for repair estimates. The rear bumper had a visible scrape mark and a couple of deep paint chips. Davis Collision went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. First of all, the place is super clean and the reception room and workshop are well lit and inviting. By the look of the place, I thought they would charge more than other body shops. However, a very friendly and courteous staff member took a look at the scrape marks and explained that while the repair costs could be upward of $400, this type of damage could be easily dealt with using a touch up fluid that's only a fraction of the repair costs. He even mentioned that if I buy the fluid at the car dealership it would cost me less than if they prepared it themselves. The estimate I was given was within the same range like other Body Shops in the area so I know their pricing is reasonable. However, this kind of honesty and integrity one definitely doesn't see every day. Davis Collision has my highest recommendation. read more
