Well , this has always been my favourite Fast 5 Car Wash…read morelocation. That is until the last couple of months. (Break Downs inside the car wash) once in a while I do understand. I Always Buy the Top Car Wash, since I have a large SUV. I'm a regular there. We have several cars. Lately , something is broken down. First it was the sprayer wash, then the side wash sprayer , then the top roller to dry the top . Then the side blowers. The problem I have is I buy the. "Platinum Wash". So you will a full wash and ( get receipt says for your second visit . The next wash is at a discount) . So, why am I going to get a second wash discount . if a component of the wash isn't fully functional . The blower is not working or the tire shine isn't working or the liquid wax sprayer isn't working correctly. .

However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. If I was a younger person, that would've made me freak out and possibly cry. Be better.

After my most recent wash, there were still visible dirty areas left behind around the lower panels, wheel well area, and rocker panel area. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

This was my usual car wash until an irritating experience today. While vacuuming, I watched several…read moremiddle aged men pull in poorly, back out of one check in stall and into another, struggle to follow parking rules. That's not my problem. My problem is that none of them were approached by an employee. Not at check-in, not anywhere. I (a young woman) spent a *little* extra time because I couldn't find my credit card at the stall (I've been a regular here) and I was approached by a male employee who proceeded to tell me how to use a card reader like I was an idiot. Seriously, I told him when he walked up "I don't need help I was just trying to find my card." And he proceeded to LURK and then say "you swipe it in, then pull it out." HELLO?? If you were equal opportunity condescending then ok that's you, but I watched, waited, and noticed if anybody else got that treatment. Ladies you'll spend years getting your PhD and be a doctor only still for some random guy to treat you like an idiot on sight because he thinks his 3 extra inches gives him some kind of leg up. Delusion. Not coming back.

They took feedback well and worked out anything I pointed out that their first set of passes might have missed. All of this at an extremely fair price. I hope I don't find myself in this situation again but it's good to know I can rely on Always On Time if I need to!

For $5 at my usual place, I get 15 minutes and have plenty of time to get "all the fixings." Also, the place is very dimly lit, and I was a little nervous about how dark the area was. There are car washes that will even let you vacuum for free as long as you wash with them. I think I'll stick to those.
