And with two kids, 7 months and 9 years old, it was in desperate need for an auto detail. paid $120 for what was advertised as a full detailing service, a price point that reasonably implies thoroughness, professionalism, and accountability. In addition, I specifically requested a shampoo detail, which the service provider explicitly agreed to perform. That portion of the job was never completed, nor was any explanation or attempt made to correct the omission. To make matters worse, after the service, my vehicle would not start--an issue that occurred directly as a result of their work. Rather than taking responsibility or even acknowledging the possibility of fault, the provider immediately dismissed the issue and stated that it was my problem. This response demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic accountability. The manner in which the situation was handled was deeply unprofessional from start to finish. I was spoken to disrespectfully, my concerns were brushed aside, and no effort was made to resolve a problem that arose solely because of their service. Paying a premium price only to receive unfinished work, zero accountability, and poor treatment is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The quality of service does not justify the cost, the conduct was unprofessional, and the business failed to meet even minimal standards of customer service. I met the owner right away and he was a real nice person so i decided to get the 150$ detail wash for my 1966 Cadillac Deville.I've had my classic car for around 3yrs and never paid for a detail wash so i was looking forward to seeing her shined up.Unfortunately pulling up me and my lady instantly noticed clouds of unwiped buff marks,some cleaning solution that had dried on the trunk an unwiped review mirror and the dash was untouched with dust still on it.I was told they were working past closing to finish my car on the phone, but when i got there they were working on three other cars and mine was just sitting there in that condition,and we asked if it was finished and they said yes.Sorry for the negative review but your employees failed you.My advice is stay there with your car and watch them clean your car. read more

First of all; many thanks and kudos to the guys at Pros Auto Detailing in Downey! Carlos, Eyvind, and Melvin, and their team did a fantastic, amazing job with my 06 Avalanche. It was showing its age and unfortunately alot of grime and dirt along with it. The metallic paint was dull and had many spots with sap and tar on it. After a few hours under their care and workmanship, the Avalanche looks so clean, and shiny, and fairly newish again. I was a little skeptical at first at what they could do, but now I am a true believer in what a skilled detailing team like the guys at Pros Auto can do. The engine looks virtually new again, and while the interior still has its wrinkles from its age, it has been thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned and looks fantastic! The exterior is now free of sap, the light scratches no longer exist, and it shines like crazy! My Avalanche feels almost like new again!! These guys are experts, and their pride in their work really shows. Out of curiosity I whipped a U turn, and as I drove by I thought "I bet this detail shop is Old School and does Bad Ass great work.". I hit the Vegas Jack Pot getting my car detailed here. I drove 30 miles from Burbank just to check them out, and it was worth it! Carlos and staff are professional and comfortable to be served by. They explain every detail of the process, advise what your car needs. And offer value. No BS! No Hustling! Just straight and to the point! All my questions were answered and my request understood. I liked that I could hangout, interact, chill, and watch as the team diligently worked on the car. As well they have comfortable lounge with TV, Coffee bar counter, and a couch (took a brief nap on it) I really felt at home and at ease here. Nearby, within walking distance, in the neighborhoods town center there are all sorts of eateries, bakeries, gyms, barber shop, stores. Plenty to keep you occupied while you wait. WOW!!!! I wish I had taken before pictures because the car I got back does not look like the dirt-crusted scratched-up car I dropped off. My car needed a detail so bad it's been sitting for a while. The paint was dull it didn't even look black the inside of the car was so dirty, the leather needed cleaning. The engine was so dirty. So this is my honest review. I gave it a 3 ...mainly the 3 stars go to the seats and carpet,the seats and carpet where well cleaned and i was very satisfied with the way they look. So i dropped off my car at 7:30am and was told to comeback at 3. Told me all the wonderful stuff he was going to do with the car. I said cool and went about my day. I show up at 3 and was asked to wait another 5 minutes so they can finish up. Guy tells me to look at my car, i look and didnt pay attention to the small stuff just saw that my main concern looked good which was the seats and carpet. Paid up and when i drove away i noticed all the details of the stuff they missed and it made me sad because i had been waiting for a while to get my car detailed and it just didnt live up to what a detailed wash is.
