my friend got a belly button piercing here, now I have a lot of piercings so I knew something was wrong when she showed me it. They put WAY TOO short of a bar in, you are SUPPOSE to put a long bar when you first get a piercing for swelling but they didnt do that for her. Her piercing is infected and red now so she went back to the same place to get a longer bar and they REFUSED SERVICE??? They also said she should not be using saline to clean it?? Honestly idk. Didn't catch the guys name , but he was tall with loads of tats and bald. Don't know if he was tired or what. I went on to get my belly button pierced and he pierced my literal stomach . I was thinking the bar was too short , but the width was too much for the piercing. Honesty such a waste of money had to take it out 2 days later the pain was so bad. Was literally squeezing my skin together. Called in and the lady gaslighted me saying there was nothing wrong with how the piercing was done. You can tell in the second picture ( right after I got it) it was compressing my skin. Sincere was so great! I came in for a simple nose piercing and was a little nervous about it after having a not so great experience piercing my ears at a different shop. I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I arrived and the staff was super friendly. I filled out the consent form and gave a copy of a ID and before I knew it Sincere was ready for me. He took me back to his little room and cleaned my nose, marked the spot, and checked with me that the spot would be okay. I leaned back in the chair and he told me he was just checking to make sure everything lined up but little did I know he actually pieced me! I didn't feel a thing! A day later it's a little tender around the area of the piercing but that's normal for every piercing I've had. It was $30 for the piercing and $5 for the aftercare. A great price compared to some shops I've been into before. The staff was super friendly and Sincere was the best piercer I've ever had!! They even offer to help change out your piercing for free once it's safe to do so! Thank you all again for a great experience! I have been wanting my nipples pierced for many years now, and haven't had the nerves to go get them done. I finally just told myself to just go. I was really nervous, but Angel made me feel really comfortable. Wasn't just Angel who made me feel comfortable, all the workers there were super friendly. Customer service was awesome. This is the absolute best shop I've ever been to for piercings! My piercer (Sraw- a true hero) was on lunch when I showed up for a walk in but the rest of the staff was very friendly and even put on a movie for me to watch while I waited for my artist to show up. The shop was very clean and comfortable and didn't feel sketchy at all. Once he arrived we talked about hoop sizes and after care he was very informative and nice. I got my second hoop on my left nostril done on the same side as my original and he was very nice and let me move the placement marker a few times and never got annoyed. The piercing was super easy and didn't hurt and he even was kind enough I help me change out my old hoop and adjust the size!! He gave me his card afterwards and made sure to contact him if I had any problems. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to anyone getting a piercing weather it's your first, second, or tenth this is the place to do it! Please note: My new hoop is very snug because we tightened a bigger hoop to fit it. I've had my nose pierced four times prior to this visit (at different shops - they all fell out oops) and I know very well how my body handles it and that my particular nose doesn't swell when pierced(most people's noses swell a lot). We used a bigger hoop and tightened it down in case it did swell I could loosen it and give it room to breathe. Sraw was very kind to do this but he did warn me multiple times the cautions of swelling and how it can affect a piercing. He was very knowledgeable but ultimately kind enough to do what I asked of him to achieve the look I wanted!! read more

Sincere did my piercing so fast that I barely felt it! He is really good at what he does. He told me they would have aftercare instructions for me at the front desk but when I got up there, the girl just told me to have a good day. I had to ask for instructions and she just verbally told me to clean my piercing 3-5 times a day and wait 6 weeks to replace the jewelry. I also had to ask to purchase the soap he recommended to clean it with. So the only thing they could've done better was to be on the same page as each other and to provide me with aftercare instructions on the way out. Not a big deal, would still recommend this place for piercings! read more

I went in looking for Grem whose done over half of my piercings. I was told that he didn't work there anymore and Sincere said that he didn't know where he had gone. So I got my upper nostrils done by Sincere instead. Both of them got messed up, they weren't lined up with each other, and he bent the bars too short so the one that I did like the placement of started to heal wrong and so I had to take it out. Not the best. I went in and paid 80 for two tooth gems with in 24 hrs they were gone. Grem told me if that happened to let him know, which I did and he said he would let me know when the new dental glue came in.... it's been several months later and I haven't heard anything. There was no new progress when we took my step daughter to get her nose pierced so I asked him if I could just use my 80 to pay for her piercings and he said no. Out 80 and no piercings. I find it really unprofessional and a waste of time and money especially when there are others out there that can do what they say they will. read more

i want to start off by saying if i could give zero stars i would have. horrible customer service. back on 02/08/2022 i accidentally swallowed my tongue ring jewelry the ball part. i have the scoop tongue piercing. i got my tongue and belly button pierced at 5280 Ink. i also got my first two tattoos here as well. so you could say i've been a loyal customer and i kept coming back. so anyways i called in and was speaking with a woman, forgot her name. however she was so rude. i told her i accidentally swallowed my ball and i needed another one. she told me i had to buy a whole new piece of jewelry which i didn't mind too much. (keep in mind i live in Thornton, so it's about a 15 minute drive to get to 5280 Ink.) i drove there and told her i was the one who called about the scoop jewelry. she told me it was a 14g. (it is not, it is a 16g.) but of course i am going to listen to her she is the "professional" here. i went home tried it on and it was too big. i already purchased it. i called and had to go back and purchase ANOTHER one. it's almost like she did it on purpose. she should have made sure the first time it was the right size. she didn't take the time to make sure i got what i needed. completely unacceptable. horrible customer service. shame on her. so honestly do not go here unless you want to ripped off and not get taken care of the way you should be. i used to love this place. now i will never return again. read more

This shop was recommended to me by a few people and I've gotten tattooed there before and liked the crew, so I went back yesterday to get a few piercings. The guy (didn't catch his name) was cool and super fast, everything was clean so no complaints there and the ones he did on my ears are fine. I got my navel done too though, and the piercing ended up coming out roughly an 1/8 of an inch above my actual belly button. Called them to ask about it, whoever answered the phone was really nice and all but basically told me the guy has been piercing for a long time and wouldn't have messed it up. That kind of bothered me so I went to Iris to have someone else look at it and was told two things: 1st: the piercing was absolutely done in the wrong place and 2nd: because of my anatomy the piercing should have never been attempted at all. If it had been done right it would have been legitimately dangerous for me. I'm super unhappy, I should have just gone to Iris first. Total waste of time and money. read more

100% thumbs down DO NOT GO TO 5280 ink for Piercings i went to 5280 ink for piercings and the first time I got my septum the piercer told me i needed a bigger septum ring cause of the swelling which was 100% wrong cause it doesn't swell that much but not only did he give me the wrong ring it came out really crooked so I ended up having to take it out let it heal then go to freakys to get it re-done the second time I went I got my Monroe and it was crooked as well so I am never going there again to get a piercing and I do not recommend going there for piercings I am so disappointed and dissatisfied i paid good money for my piercings and now I'm just gunna have to go to freakys to get it re done!!!!!!!!! read more
