My husband and I walked in for Friday the 13th flash tattoos and the woman at the front was very nice, but explained to us that we probably wouldn't be seen the same day. My name and number was taken and she said the artist would be getting through the list the following Sunday and Tuesday. Sunday, we called asking if they were still working through the list and when we might expect to get called in, and the woman who answered the phone was unpleasant with us, and told us the sale had been dropped because the artist had since made appointments and booked his schedule. I do not assume they were planning on informing anyone on the list they had dropped the sale or that the artist had taken on other clients. My husband and I were very disappointed with the quality of their service and the way they handled their flash sale. We understand that artists make money off of bigger pieces and would probably prefer working on a bigger piece than a flash sale, however, the way the shop handled the situation was mildly unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. We probably wouldn't return here or recommend them to anyone else. read more

I made an appointment via email to get my young daughters ears pierced. I stated their ages and what I was wanting to get done (ears pierced) and the appointment was set. I show up the day and time of the appointment and I'm asked for birth certificates and school IDs. No one ever mentioned that I needed to take those in and my girls are not even school age to have a school ID (I have a Kindergartener but school is still out so no ID). They wouldn't proceed with the appointment so I had to reschedule. The girl in the front who was checking me in asked if I wanted the same person and I said I really didn't care, I just wanted the next availability. So we reschedule for the next day, and I get called an hour before our appointment because the lady's, who was gonna do the piercing, car broke down. I asked if there was any other person to do the appointment and she said no, I was Hailey's client and she couldn't take away a client from her. I'm very disappointed, they should have people to cover for those who have emergencies come up. I haven't even been seen by anyone yet to be consider someone's exclusive costumer. I understand if a client is wanting a specific person and they are willing to wait for them, but they wouldn't let me proceed with the second appointment unless I rescheduled a third time. We have gone to Dreamscape 3 separate times and loved our experience with Baylee! Very laid back vibe. We did walk-in each time and she was quick and accurate with our piercings. First got nipples done as a birthday gift, and I knew I had to go back to see her when I decided I wanted my nose pierced as well! I called Tuesday November 7th and spoke with a guy who answered the phone. I told him I was interested in piercing my 6 month old daughter's ears & my nieces daughter who is 9 months ears. He told me during the week they do not have two pierces to come on Saturday between 1-3pm I proceeded to ask if I needed to make an appointment and he told me no. To just come between 1-3pm. Saturday rolls around and my niece and I show up at 1:30pm to pierce our daughters ears where the female behind the desk proceeds to tell us they do not have two piecers and to come on Tuesday or Wednesday when they have piercers. I then told her that I called on Tuesday the 7th and the guy who answered the phone told me to come Saturday between 1-3pm. So you have two employees who are telling customers different days and times to come in for piercings. employees not on the same page & telling different things is unprofessional. Idc if it's a tattoo parlor or not. Customer service is everything. She then proceeds to say well I can call the owner and see when she will be in and just come back. At this point we decided to go to Claire's and do our piercings because we were already doing the back & forth to just try and pierce them there which was frustration. As a business employee's should be on the same page giving out the same information. If people are calling or inquiring about infant piercings appointments should be made so that errors like this don't happen or you just tell them you don't do them there instead of having them drive out of their way and waste their time for a service they never even received. Worst experience ever. The person who does the piercings does a really bad job and they will talk down to you for information she lied about, they told me it would take 6-8 weeks (as it says in THEIR paper for piercings Heath) for my nose to heal, I waiting longer than that and then I head in to get it fixed since I changed it to a ring, she then proceeds to hurt me again and taunt me about the pain even though it was really worse compared to the first time. She was rude the whole time. Her words "I don't feel bad for you because you changed it" I changed my piercing due to her telling me I could. She then puts in a new one and doesn't turn it correctly. So now I have to find someone else to fix my nose and they denied a refund. Atmosphere is terrible and smells like cigarettes and weed. Very unprofessional business nothing is good about this place and should be closed read more

Steven Lucero is incredibly unreliable and incredibly unprofessional. If you pay up front, he will take your money and then just ignore your texts and not schedule you. If you *don't* pay up front, he will ignore your texts and not schedule you. This was overall a terrible experience and I wound up having to take Dreamscape and Steve to court to get my money back. The piercing lady however is very nice and professional and will do a good job. Still, avoid this place. read more

My mom, sister, & I went into this shop for a spontaneous mother daughter tattoo and the artists were very rude. They had terrible customer service and talked down to us. It almost seemed as though they had better things to do than to discuss pieces of potential Art. We left because we are great paying customers and appreciate good art and great service but this wasn't it. We didn't want to give our money to this place. Tattoos are too personal to let some rude dude touch your body even if it is just your arm. There are far better artist and people out there that better deserve our business. read more

This was my first time going to this shop, I went in to get a quote for a hand tattoo. I was told to come back about 45 mins later to speak with the artist who was able to do the work that I was wanting. I went back in and spoke with Steven, when I showed him what I wanted done. He was excited to do it, which in turn made me more excited to get it done. I've had work done before, but I was super nervous about the pain level on my hand. He was very understanding and explained to me what he can do to help me through the process. I was extremely satisfied with the work he did, that I booked another appointment to get my left hand done, two days later. He did an amazing job on the other hand as well. Highly recommend him. The staff was very awesome and super chill. They engaged in conversation with me whether it was to make small talk or just check the progress on my hand. I'll definitely be going back . Staff was extremely friendly. appointments are not really necessary for piercings, sometimes you'll have to wait, but usually 20 mins max. Natyli pierced my cartilage and it was super inexpensive! Pricing is the main reason I went in. I walked in at about 8:30 and there were two people before me so she stayed after hours to pierce my ear. It looks so good. Yo no one come here! Literally the worst place ever. My sister came here for a piercing 2 months ago. (Told her not to) but she did and first the girl pierced her nose in an incorrect spot she sold my sister jewelry and said "come back when it's healed". So she came back the "owner" confirmed it's in the wrong spot, took it out and told her to come back today 09/04. We are here he "owner" is not. The staff here doesn't know how to do a refund or pierce. Paul told us he didn't care why we were there and also said his boss is deaf and understood why the boss can't hear us. Paul also said he didn't have the owners number and didn't know how to communicate to him. DO NOT COME HERE!! read more

Terrible place if I could give no stars I would. The staff is rude, Paul is the worst tattoo artist I've ever seen. he does not stencil or drawl out his work WHEN HE CLEARLY NEEDS TO. he freehands it and it's horrible. I should've walked out from there. I had to make him re-line up my tattoo 3 times and he was the mad one about it. And very unclean touching everything and anything with his gloves on and then tattooing ? And he didn't even clean the tattoo when he was done.. and on top of that the color from it completely faded off in the first day of the tattoo. I went in to see what they could do about it that same day and they can't do nothing apperently. read more

There have been a few occasions that I have been to the shop and the "owner" piercer rod has smelled like alcohol. There have also been times that I have been there and he tries to belittle his staff in front of clients. They have lost the few good artist that they have and now only have artist that copy directly from google. I know several females that have gone to the shop and said that most of the staff made them feel uncomfortable with piercings it's rod telling stories that go on too long which have nothing to do with piercings while they have their nipples or genitals exposed. The tattooist stare creepily at females that they find attractive. They have no privacy areas for females who are getting tattoos on their more private areas so if they want work done they are pretty much exposed to everyone in the shop.
