We walked into Big Easy Tattoo in Broomfield looking for a cover-up. We talked with Greg (the tattoo artist) and Isaac (the owner and piercer), and both of them were incredibly easy to talk to. No ego, no pressure, just real conversation and genuine interest in getting the design right. They listened carefully, asked the right questions, and fully understood the look we were going for. Greg absolutely delivered. The level of detail in the work is what really stood out, it wasn't just "good," it was precise. Every line, every shade, every element matched the original design exactly the way it was supposed to look. And somehow, he made it stand out even more on skin than it did in the reference. You would never know it was a cover-up. That alone says everything. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive for the level of talent and detail you're getting. This isn't rushed or average work, this is skilled, intentional artistry. The shop itself is spotless, calm, and comfortable. It has a relaxed atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. I came in for a nostril piercing, and my friend got her rook and conch pierced. It was a super easy walk in, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Everything was completely sterilized, and we had a chance to checkout the placement of our marked piercings (my old piercer at a different shop didnt let me, so I appreciated that). The piercings were $50 each, including the titanium hypoallergenic jewlery. The piercer was super friendly, and gave us the proper care and cleaning instructions. Perfect placement, very quick with the needle, and almost completely painless! Would definitely recommend. read more

I want to start off by saying I love this place, and the people. Everyone made me feel comfortable and everyone here is very talented. I got an amazing tattoo from Danie. At our consultation she was very natural and personable. She listened to every detail and took a lot of notes to make sure what she drew up was something I would love. Tonight she tattooed a bear for me that is representative of my 3 year old son. I am completely blown away by the level of talent this girl has. I honestly think she could tattoo anything. This was so worth the wait and I will not go to anyone else. I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful piece of art with me with such deep meaning for the rest of my life. I'm visiting from out of town and pst year my sister and I came to see Greg after a friend of hers referred us there to see him. He is such a talented artist and puts his own spin on the ideas that you bring to him. The shop is small is nice and clean. My second visit there was just me and he did an incredible job yet again. I actually had my second tattoo done here right when Big Easy opened up shop. I only put 4 stars, because this is the only PROFESSIONAL shop I had actually gotten a tattoo from (my first was a friend of a friend, and not so good of work). However, they were totally amazing. I have many friends with tattoos and I still feel like mine is waaay better. :) We went over several of their examples and spent a lot of pre-tat time together discussing my idea for my tat. They took my picture and made up an outline with soo much more detail and much more appealing to my personality and what I like. There was a LOT of color involved and he did amazing shading and PERFECT stars. Due to the colors, specifically the grey, I had to come back for a little touch up for color after a couple weeks (my skin doesn't take grey too well). However, I haven't had the time to go back in since for another touch up, but it really isn't needed. It is incredible how well the color, details, and perfect lines still stand out on my skin AFTER 3 YEARS! I am ready to get my next tat this week. I know I will be coming back and I know theyll exceed my expectations once again. Seriously, no competition!! I can't wait to come back and write another review very soon. Also, their prices are definitely competitive and the environment is clean, comfortable and friendly.
