I've been coming to this place for a couple of years since it has opened. It has to be one of the best places I've been for a massage. I have persistent lower back muscle spasms that comes and goes periodically. I've been to many ortho docs and physical therapists to no avail. My GP told me to try getting a massage. I've been to many places but this has to be the BEST Place! Since I've been coming here, my spasms have been at bay, so now I come on a weekly basis. When it was over I gave my guy a tip and I had told my niece she was responsible for tipping her guy. She is a college student so she gave the guy $5. It was poorly handled and also if it is a guide why would he refuse any tip? According to their guide I didn't tip enough with $10. Do they not understand that a tip is voluntarily given for good service? A guide is like a suggestion. If they require a certain amount perhaps they need to reflect it in their prices. I'm sure there are plenty of other foot spas on Long Island that do not have tip requirements. Prior to today my rating would have been 5 stars but this situation was handled very poorly.
