I cannot understand why anyone would give any of Sherwin's e-liquids a one star, they are great. My favorite is Blk Jack and it's the best tobacco flavor e-liquid I have ever tried. It's true magic in a bottle made by an e-liquid wizard. I hate that I cannot order online any longer as I am 4 hours away. I wish Trinity Vape sold one shots online for those of us who mix our own. We were greeted my the friendly staff name Mike. I stated that I am new to the game and really needed assistance on what to purchase. Mike showed me the selections in the showcase and explained what the different types of vapes there was. I was awed by the many selection of juices that was available when I was shown the juice menu. Wow! Mike let me tried out any juices that were of interest to me. Mike was very knowledgeable of the products and he took the time and showed me how to install the parts of the vape. I was clueless until Mike had to show me how to put the juice in. Mike even said if I ever had any questions to feel free and stop by again. Next time I have got to check out the game room with the pool table and arcade, and check out the bar area. I will most definitely be a regular at Trinity Vapor Lounge! Now my vape clouds game is on strong.

I visited this store last night and I promise you that I will never visit again. The employee Danny…read morewas so rude and condescending. I was there to purchase a "bowl" for someone else. First I walk in and he's sitting down in a chair and doesn't acknowledge me so I say excuse me do you have "bowl" Danny says no and that's it. I had already been told that they have them so I ask again he proceeds to tell me that he's not going to sell me anything because I called it a "bowl" which means that I'm going to smoke pot or weed so I need to leave and that he should have thrown me out the first time I said "bowl". I was extremely upset and angry with the way I was treated. The customer service provided to me by Danny was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. To the owner I would highly suggest you find employees who know how to provide better customer service or Danny will continue to cause you to lose business
