This really is the only vape place where the staff will take the time to figure out what you need. When I had issues with my mod, they helped me troubleshoot the problem and fix it. They also let you try all their oil flavors and can make recommendations based on your taste. They're very friendly and relaxed, making this the BEST vape shop around... I have been here several times and it has never been a pleasant or enjoyable experience. While they have quite a bit of stock, everything is highly expensive - more so than other vape shops in the area. At this particular store I always get the feeling they just want to ring you up and rush you out the door. I have only met one pleasant employee there (a very knowledgeable and pleasant young woman with some wildly colored hair that made me envious) and while I and my fiancee spent an hour talking to her, the male who is usually there (tall, balding, very southern looking) kept staring at us and peaking out the backroom as if to say we should hurry up and leave. Unfortunately, he is usually the one to greet us and is not so knowledgeable. He has sold us the wrong type of coils for my fiancee's RDA and suggested a .1 coil for my Atlantis tank which sits on an Eleaf 50 watt device, His reason was "more flavor". He is the one who makes me feel VERY unwelcome in the store and rushed. Over all, we won't be going back. I don't want to spend anymore business where I feel rushed to make a decision by someone who doesn't know his trade and then feel like I am being forced to get out. Not a great way to keep customers. I visited this location on Sunday to purchase the redesigned atomizer heads for the mini protank 3. Oh my!!!! Their prices are way out of line . Misty sells them for $20 for 5, where other stores and online stores sell them for $12 for five. When asked the price of their Nautilus Mini, they wanted $40. I purchased it at another store for $24.99, and online stores wanted between $26 and $30 for it. They are way out of line on their prices, and I cannot see purchasing at an insane markup such as this. The prices are quite shocking compared to the local competitors and online stores. read more

Sweeeeeet! Great tasting bar, knowledgeable staff (John and Ashley are awesome), lots and lots of vaporizer options, great selection of tanks and rebuildables, wire, batteries, stands, drip tips, YOU NAME IT! I have a blast every time I walk in. Heck, John even stayed open late a few nights ago so I could zip in and he could help with an issue. That right there is why I will always be back, and why I will always recommend Misty Mountain, specifically the Capitol Bulivard location (also have been to the location by Brier Creek, thumbs up!) to anyone that asks me where to go. The sales rep talked me through the pros and cons and various attributes of what they had to offer. I explained what I wanted and they delivered. I am very happy with my new smokie. I thought it would be an intimidating and possibly clique-ish atmosphere, but the staff here is wonderful! I used to really like MMV. After yesterday I will never step foot in there again. Last week my Provari died on me so the next morning I went to MMV to buy a low cost box mod because I wasn't in a position at such short notice to invest in a more expensive model. I chose a $35 EHPRO. It worked great for about six days. Then it stopped functioning correctly. I went into MMV the next morning and was told I was SOL. They wouldn't exchange it, they wouldn't let me return it and spend the difference on a more expensive model. In fact, the staff which has always been helpful before, all stood four feet back from the counter and would not offer me so much as sympathy. I was told they only stand by a product they sell if it is dead on arrival. That does no one any good. So, basically, if you buy something from there and it dies or stops working as designed the day you buy it and have walked out of the store with it, you are stuck with it. After about 15 minutes Donnie came out of hiding after I requested to talk to him ( he ran and hid in the back hoping I would give up and leave.) He further explained the same policy to me. Eventually, he explained to me that he is "about people" and not about business and said he would personally come out of pocket the $35 and I could apply that to a new purchase. Well, as it turns out he told one of the guys at the counter to give me $15 and not the $35 he said he would give me. So my original purchase was $35 and the new was $59 and I still got charged another $35 when it should have been $24. So in addition to not standing by their products, they are also dishonest. This is how they treat a once a month customer who dropped $100 seven days ago in their store. I doubt they will care, but they lost a customer who lives two towns away and who bypasses about 6 other vape shops to do business with them. I have also referred many people over the past 3-4 years. Never again. I will be sending people to Puffing Monkey from now on. read more
