Despite this, the fingerprinter entered the wrong information and also charged us more than the previous rate. We only caught the error when we didn't receive the background results. Now, rather than owning their mistake, Three Butters is requiring us to pay again to correct a problem they created--one that set our entire company behind. We've used this agency several times, which makes this especially disappointing. The right thing would have been to make amends for their error. Instead, they've passed the cost onto us. Also, they will NOT cash s check from Wells Fargo. ...but that's actually smart on their end as WF is the only bank who wont verify a check first.
