It's not simply because they are taking an order, it's because they are talking to their friends and not paying attention and letting the cars pile up and then when they finally move they have no idea where they were at. There can be a huge space in between the cars because everyone is waiting for them to stop talking to their friends. So four cars that came after you may get through before you even get your order taken. If you are in a hurry I highly recommend you parking and go to the window.

Oh my goodness, I had to close my eyes to savor it, the taste was that sensational! The shop itself is beautiful. It has tables inside so you can sit and enjoy their confections. All of the shelves are lined with all kinds of specialty chocolates. These include chocolate covered nuts, truffles, bars, Pops, and all kinds of delicious concoctions. You can order single pieces at the front counter for an individual choice and they will compose a box of your selections. They also had many, many packaged items ready to go on the shelves. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their offerings. They were willing to explain the different flavors; the cost of a box of six individual truffles which you can select was $12.50. There's parking in front of the shop on the street and also behind. It's nestled in the Porterville downtown area with multiple Restaurants and eateries very close by.
