Establishment is clean and well lit. Staff was kind and very helpful with suggestions. I ordered the Unforgiven, with boba, which is basically their most popular drink, Love Shot, with black tea. Half sweetness was perfect for me. The boba was nice and chewy, and the flavor of the tea was excellent. Pricing was fair for boba. TLDR: Excellent drinks, excellent service, excellent establishment. Would recommend!

We are here every month or so when we come to Tulare, the owners are super kind and drinks are very refreshing! We love the snacks and almond cookies also. The inside is super welcoming, beautiful lights and lots of cool posters.

They're fast, 100%recommended. The employee was very nice and the place is clean. I will say one of the best boba places.

I came into this place not knowing what to expect. It was inviting drawing me in with modern decor and the k-pop videos what a cool atmosphere. This place is fresh and popping! The service was great too! I ordered a taro milk-tea and a coupled speciality drinks. The taro tasted fresh and I loved the dairy alternative! The speciality drinks were so tasty it was like a perfect combination of sweet, sour, fruity and tangy it was so refreshing!!!

This place is the place that Tulare and the surrounding area needs! Ive absolutely love their drinks here! Ive tried the Summer Storm which consists of mango and strawberry and chia seeds which was phenomenal! I also tried the Starry Night which has blueberry and mango is a suddle and refreshing drink which I really liked a lot. Their drinks arent too overwhelmingly sweet and great thing is the staff can adjust the sweetness level to the way you like it. Overall, Im glad this place has opened up and I cant wait to come here more often!

So happy to have a boba & tea place closer to home! Went for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I got a peach fruit tea with strawberry jelly and my husband got a Thai tea with boba. They nailed both drinks! Tea was well made with the perfect sweetness! I also appreciated that they offer two size options and that their prices were very reasonable.

I've been here twice now since it's been open with my friends, and I have already planned another trip soon with all of my friends. We love it. As a vegan, boba can be hit or miss with limited options, but not here at Black Pearl! Everything here is Gluten Free and Vegan!!! EVERYTHING! They offer almond and oat milk as milk options. There are endless combinations, so hard to choose one! So far I highly recommend the Sunset Glow, Peach Tea, Rose Milk Tea, and Jasmine Milk Tea. Prices are average boba prices ($4 & up), and definitely worth the price! The staff are clean, friendly and sweet, and have been giving customers boba stickers. All boba lovers and vegans in Tulare, this is the place for us! No more long trips to Visalia, Black Pearl has your back!

Smoothies are delicious and would highly recommend the Matcha, Tai Tea, or strawberry smoothies. The Boba is delicious but more on the chewy Boba side. Prices are the same as usual Boba spots (5-6$ a drink), there's a small and large size. Add Boba for a small upcharge. The establishment is super clean and the workers are very polite and respectful. Gave us a cool Boba sticker for our first visit. Would highly recommend trying this place! We will be back!

i love it here ! from as soon as you walk in to the chill cozy atmosphere to the kind sweet employees. everyone is so nice here and respectful! the place is cozy and in a quiet area. kind of hidden but very well maintained. loved the service and my boba. loved the taro here and the perfectly cooked boba. low wait time as well as fast service. the lights on the walls are super cute as well as the kpop decor ! not sure if there's public restrooms but there's enough seating for a group of friends to stop by for some boba. good job guys love it here. read more

About time we get a local real boba spot =] boba has a good flavor & texture also. :P So many others have soggy and flavorless boba. I come from southern CA where everything taste better lol. I got the strawberry milk tea boba and it was yummy. The atmosphere is welcoming and their music Playlist is great. I would be a regular if I lived here, however I live 2.5 hours away. The guy at the register was nice and polite. Would def recommend this place. read more

Simply amazing! My husband and I have been hoping for a good boba place in Tulare for years, when we found Black Pearl we were super excited to try them out and they didn't disappoint! I always get the Kiwi tea with rainbow jelly and he tries something new every time lol and we've loved all of them so far! The staff is super friendly and the tea shop itself is super cute and inviting. We will continue to support this small business and hope many more people do too! We love you guys and your amazing boba variety! Keep up the great work! read more

The jelly pieces were sweet so that made the tea a bit sweeter. The tea tasted fresh and the jelly pieces were good as was the boba. Drinks are customizable (level of sweetness, ice, etc) which is a nice option The place was clean and everything appeared to be organized. Staff was friendly and explained several menu options. This placed is located next to Bravo Farms at the Tulare Outlet Mall. Plenty of free parking. They have a couple of tables and chairs inside the store and a couple tables and chairs outside, so you can bring your well-behaved fur baby. Overall, this place was okay but nothing on the menu that keeps me wanting to come back.

They offer a special deal every Thursday--buy one and get the second at half price. Not sure how long they will have this special but worth it! The place itself is clean, well-kept, and welcoming. There's also a restroom available for customers, which is a big plus if you're passing through on a road trip. The staff have always been friendly and attentive during my visits. It was such a nice little surprise to see one here. I was debating between the Vietnamese coffee and the Creamy Jasmine drink, but since this was just a small evening treat, I didn't want something as strong as Vietnamese coffee. I ended up ordering the Jasmine milk tea. I made the mistake of choosing regular ice and regular sweetness. After my first sip, I was surprised at how sweet it was -- I don't remember Teaspoon drinks being quite this sweet before. If I could redo my order, I would definitely go with 25% sweetness. I actually ended up diluting my drink with a bit of water to balance it out. That said, the boba itself was great -- perfectly chewy and fresh. I've come to this place a couple of times both alone and with friends, and I can say that I'm never disappointed in the quality of these drinks. For a $5 price point these boba drinks are excellent. As a tea and boba lover, I always have to stop in for my fix. My Grandma is partial to their donuts. This go around we got a Pistachio Matcha Tea Latte with Almond Milk and a Manguava Shaken Fruit Tea with Lychee Jelly to drink.
