The worst part was billing. I paid for the first month, and then they charged me for the next month in advance without clear authorization. I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Jason, to request a refund. Despite assurances, the refund never happened. After 14 days of waiting, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Between the lack of communication, disappointing lessons, and the refusal to promptly return my money, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. I do not recommend this location at all.

We are in our sixties and have seen students as young as four years old. They tailor the lessons to the individual student no matter the age or experience level. Our instructor, Lauren (who co-owns the business), pushes each of us to play more challenging songs, but keeps it fun and interesting by working on songs that we like and want to learn how to play. The evening student recitals are fun. (I don't know who enjoys them more, the kids or the parents. - LOL) SoFlo is the music school for anyone looking for a nice clean safe facility, especially for first time students.
