Matt is an absolute angel!!…read more The steep pitch of the Ichiban exit (yes I was driving at a normal speed and yes others have had the same trouble! - but no, the restaurant hasn't fixed it ) caused my car to bottom out and knocked my bumper RIGHT OFF!! We heard a bang and a scrape so immediately pulled over in to the first parking lot, which happened to be Vaughn's Automotive. We called the 24 hour emergency number and Matt came right over to help us! He patched us back together so we could safely drive until we can get a more full repair. He was competent, he was kind, he was helpful, and he was funny ... he took a bad situation and made it as good as we could've hoped for. This is a great and honest and kind man!
