This was my first visit to Iowa and it's beautiful and that goes for the people too. Me and my adult kids were going to the fair when my suv needed an alternator suddenly. Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas. I was quoted a fair price and the got it done so fast then delivered it to me at the hotel. Great service thanks so much to the owner who drove me back to the hotel while it was being repaired so kind and we were able to make the fair and the concert!

The car drove one week and never drove again. It was towed back to Abra, where it literally sat with no answers until September. When they said it needed a new motor and it was nothing to do with their work on the motor. This SUV ran perfect before it hit a deer and was supposedly "fixed". Terrible service department and the receptionist is so rude to everyone. Go anywhere but here. ​​​

No waiting around or being told they were too busy to give me an estimate. It took only a few minutes for the lady to inspect my damaged car and give me a total price. Pleased with the estimate and then contacting my insurance, I scheduled an appointment. I had to wait to only two weeks to bring my car in for repairs. None of this, we can have you in one or two months from now. After I dropped my car off, it was finished in just two days. I was impressed by the body work. Later I showed it off to my Dad. A retired auto body repairman. Out of all the places I have reviewed on Yelp. Fugs Auto Body has to rank at the top in customer service. A great owner and wonderful people who work for him!
