Very upsetting and that night I printed off the Contract that BEST PLUMBING sent over and was just sick to think we may have to get a mortgage on our home to get our bathroom remodeled. I prayed about it and gave it to God. The next morning, our phone rang and it was Morgan from Moon Plumbing. She told me my husband had called the day before and that she could send a plumber out THAT DAY between 12-2:00 to fix our drain. Folks, to me, that was a God Moment. Well, at quarter after 12:00 Matt and Hermot pulled up and long story short...FIXED THE DRAIN! It took the heavy equipment...a Sportim 100? It wasn't a five minute job....Matt and Hermot didn't give up. At the end, they pushed it all the way through and cleared the drain! The entire time, they were really nice and respectful and I can't say enough good things about them. THANK YOU MOON PLUMBING! You are in my phone Contact list forever and I will share our story with anyone. And, they charged a fair price $275. And, tub has been draining great ever since. Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.
