I had another leak company come out and repair the crack, told them it was going to be recoated in the spring and got their nod of approval. communicated in Feb. 2026 with Mr. Feliciano and he agreed to come out in the beginning of March and redo that crack and a couple of other minor spots. after quite a few emails and certified letter, I have never heard from him again. so much for a 10 year prorated warranty. which was one of the big selling features as to why I chose him to resurface my pool.

Billy gave us a quote (that was actually itemized), explained everything thoroughly & honestly, was super quick to return all my texts and phone calls and didn't ditch us as soon as we put a deposit down. He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. No deceiving lies about getting things done faster, no issues that weren't immediately fixed, no half ass handy work, no stress. I would use Premier Pools again and again.

Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office. On the day of the appointment and on time, David and his "new hire" assistant arrived and quickly went to work with a myriad of tools and testing equipment. After drilling four small holes in the concrete and carefully listening, they found one leak and found the skimmer had a temporary fix from long ago, which was also leaking. With the leak found, within days Adrian arrived and made the repairs. And those repairs are solid. I went from putting in 100 gallons a day, due to the leak, to not having to put any water in. Imagine the energy savings, as we are on a well and have an R.O. system...which uses a lot of electricity to make the water. Great jobs guys! I have only one negative to report. When the pool light was removed during the inspection, the light bulb broke. Someone, from another company, came the next day to get the light bulb type and number...BUT I haven't seen them since. The pool light is still sitting on the pool deck. I highly recommend Red Rhino to repair pool leaks!
