Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the exact opposite. While several employees were struggling to clean vehicles, the owner appeared more interested in sitting indoors drinking beer during business hours than supervising operations or ensuring customers received the quality of service they were paying for. The lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism was impossible to ignore. As someone who values good service and is willing to become a loyal, repeat customer, I was extremely disappointed. Rather than earning my future business, this experience guaranteed that I will never return. Consumers work hard for their money and deserve businesses that take pride in their work and respect their customers. I didn't go for the full service because the price felt ridiculous and shady. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they enter the sale at the $27 price and pocket the difference. I went with just an exterior wash, and even that was a waste--my car came out still dirty, with blue streaks left on the hood. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Drove out looked at car there was still mud which was now wet all on the rims the power dry would have been better if I had stood in front of the car and blew on it with my breath. Making an appointment was such a breeze - the owner was easily able to accommodate my schedule. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with A&J. From the pictures above you can tell they did a terrible job & was very half ass and rushed. Definitely won't be returning.
