Honestly very annoyed because it's a 40$ car wash for that amount of money you expect it to come out way better than it does. When it was finished there was still soap all over the car didn't spray it off and when I get inside my back window is streaky and car is still dusty around the infotainment system and they couldn't even wipe down rear view mirror it wasn't even touched. If i could give them a zero that's more of a representation of how they really are. Will most certainly never go there again. So I am editing this review because I just parked and got out to look at my car and wow I'm even more annoyed. The front of the car is still dirty the rims look like garbage and are still dirty the side rocker panels are still dirty the whole car is streaky and looks horrible. Not sure what the complaints are for? I haven't gotten any work done on my car Here but I come often for cheap and good car washes. They always do a good job washing the car. I'm not looking to marry these people to my daughter, I just want my car clean and they do just that. The owner is a sweet hard working man and you can tell he cares for his customers. These people are crooks. They squeeze you for a penny. I went in for an inspection, they said it would not pass because one viper was a bit reaped, they charge $22 for single viper. They also charge 4% on credit card without telling you upfront only to point out fine print at the bottom in front of cash register. On return they stated that "Oh we didn't do your inspection, you need work done first.. definitely you need new struts plus other work" They provided me with quotes but would not give me the paper so I snapped a photo. Reading the reviews, I notice my horrible experience was not an isolated case. I visited the 'spa' on Sunday - first impression was 'all right' - a yellow sign informed me where to pull up - which I did - there were clean cars parked in my way - so I just stopped. And that's when my 'okay' experience ends. This dirty looking, thin man with a cap on gestures something incomprehensible - I open the door - he comes over and puts his hands inside my car, presses the window button and sarcastically says "oh, good - window's not broken after all" - wth? Then, told me to pull up behind the standing car, which I did - I'm waiting 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Waiting 15 minutes, nothing. Other cars get out - place gets emptied out a bit. I'm still waiting - the car in front of me has not moved. I get out - see there's no driver. Waiting almost 20 minutes - nothing - the place has cleared up by this time - no cars waiting to get into the washing area. No one is moving the driverless car. Not thinking twice about it, I pulled out from behind the sedan and positioned myself in line to get into the car wash. Suddenly, screaming - the thin man with a cap runs over, as if it's there has been a robbery - another worker tells me politely they have to take the other car first - I have no problem with that - I just wish someone had moving it and not halting the entire line pointlessly - this thin idiot in a cap maneuvers the sedan so carelessly, he almost hits me. If I hadn't quickly reversed - this incompetent moron would've hit me. WTF. 25 minutes into this 'excursion into the coo coo land" a nice gentleman comes over with the 'menu' - I just needed a simple wash - great. He tells me where to pay, which I do right away. No one is inside - had to wait 5 minutes to pay. I come outside, join my family members - see my car has been washed and the incompetent thin idiot in a cap is now drying it off. We wait and watch. He starts gesticulating in my direction, mumbles something under this breath - then shouts "did you see the nice lady inside?" - as if I didn't already pay. He continues mumbling - that I only wanted the basic and what am I waiting for - why am I not taking the car. I politely replied that I am waiting for him to finish - he says he is finished when the entire back bumper was still soaking wet. I come closer and say I was waiting for him to finish and I see the bumper is till wet - so, he responds in a sarcastic tone again - "you point and I'll dry" - told him sarcasm wasn't necessary and I just needed him to do his job - said thank you and took the car and left. We definitely will not be returning. DEAR OWNER - if you would like to have a prospering, respected business, and returning customers - do yourself a favor and get rid of this incompetent moron, which is the thin, rude idiot in a cap. The business owner feels the need to respond to every review that is a bad reflection on his business which is funny because it proves he has something to be defensive about. I purchased the "cheapest" service. I did not, i actually upgraded because i wanted my under carriage cleaned too, nevertheless it's no excuse regardless of how much i spent, because whenever i go ANYWHERE ELSE (VIP, Hand car wash on forest Ave, car wash on Richmond next to 7/11) THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE OR BIRD POOP STILL ON MY CAR!!!! That's the main problem. My car was STILL DIRTY!!! I was never offered an "upgraded service" or anything for that matter! I asked for a refund because i was already there for AN HOUR PLUS!!!! It wasn't "in my plan" to get a refund, the horrible job they did warranted me to ask for my money back because my car was still dirty. I wasn't expecting to donate money to "Victory Auto Spa" for a dirty car. I wanted to get a refund and go get a better car wash somewhere else. The pictures don't lie and if the only thing the owner can say is that i was "cheap" and wanted my money back then so be it. At least my pictures show the factual evidence that they do a horrible car wash. He didn't even feel the need to comment on that OR apologize. Needless to say, this business is not one i want to patronize. I hope people read the yelp reviews before making the mistake of coming here and making a donation because that's what it is. I had to tell the guy to look at this spot look at this spot and he cleans one spot and walks away muttering something. I wouldn't recommend this place for this price. Went to get my car inspected and they told me that they couldn't inspect it because it need new brakes and rotors. It's always something with them. I gave them one last chance and they failed. I took my car to another establishment and got the inspection done. I told the mechanic what victory auto spa said and he took me under my car while on the lift to show me and explain to me how everything was good. Victory auto spa was just trying to get extra money. Double shame on you and your business for cheating people during a pandemic. We could have did so much business if you were just honest people. read more

Went today for a car wash and it was the worst experience ever. Not worth $16 for a horrible job. They have a sign that says ladies day 1/2 off ALL Day but when you go pay they said it's only until 10am. Maybe it's time for a new sign. Then my car goes in and out and I still had bird residue all over the hood of my car, they came and cleaned it after I showed them. The guy made me get option 3 to clean my dashboard but apparently that doesn't include your cup holder. I asked him if they usually clean it he said we "dry wipe it and if the sticky stuff doesn't off we leave it". Totally poor customer service and I would never return. Waste of time and definitely waste of money since now I still have to clean my insides. read more

Left my car there for repair. As recommended by Geico. Although the job was done well. There is an odorous smell in the car since picking it up in July. Because I was on Vacation when the accident occurred I was able to go back and forth . Because I've been working since picking up the car I am not able to return there so I went there after work one day. They told me they need at least four hours to find the problem . So I have not gone back there. From July till now September the bad odor is still in the car and they accused me of leaving it there with that odor. It SMELLS like an animal died in it. But it cannot be found by me. They left my car open allowing some animal to get inside. I've even found droppings that looked like they belong to a mouse. And they had the nerve to tell me it happened before to someone else's car.SMH read more

I took my car here to get repaired from an accident I had got into after Sandy had happened. They did such a horrible job. Mind you, it took about a month & a half to get my car done, which should of been 2 weeks top worth of work. Sometimes they do have their off days for who washes your car but doesn't everyone? This review is long overdue. I used to live in the neighborhood. On one occasion in 2011, my car was parked in the lot across the street and wouldn't start. A few guys from Victory Auto Spa walked across the street and pushed my car to their shop to avoid towing fees. It turned out to be a bad AC compressor. They replaced the compressor and the new one failed after a short period. They were happy to honor the warranty and did the job again. I became a loyal customer thereafter. Another time a few months later, I needed some alignment work done right away before I could drive my wife to a job interview. Jay (who I'm sure has probably left by now) remembered me and got me in right away so that I could be back on the road. Jay, Kenny, and Eddie (who may also be gone) were always a pleasure to deal with, as was the owner Jack. This place is pretty great in a couple of ways! I brought two of my cars here for inspections and everything went smoothly and I got a great deal for them both! In concerns to the cash wash itself, I brought my father's 15 year old Toyota and it came out shining like a brand new car fresh odd the assembly line. Jack, the owner of the place, is a really cool guy as well from my experiences with him. He's very friendly and always says hello whenever I being either of my cars around for him to look at or to have them washed. This place is the absolute worse. Spent over 30$ for a wash for both the exterior and interior. I couldn't believe the horrible and incomplete job that they did both on the inside and outside. They did not vacuum the inside let alone clean the mats. The bumpers still had dirt on them and I asked the guy to wipe them and he had an attitude. He also would not vacuum the the inside. He stated that my car was finished, you can leave. I asked who else I can speak to and he said "no one" He then laughed and said you need to move your car before I move it for you. And they have awesome "specials" on certain days for seniors, ladies, TLC drivers, etc -- all around $6-$8 for basic service.
