Amazing car wash! I went today at around 4:15 and was in a bit of a rush. I spoke with Javier and explained the situation to him and what I needed, which was a full car wash and inside cleaning. He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card. read more

My car was a complete and utter mess. Javier was completely non judgmental about the horror that it was. My car was returned in almost new condition. The worst service. Made an appointment for a detail and when I got there, they were closed.. I had to leave my car there, called for hours to see when they were going to open. When they finally picked up the girl was so disrespectful, wanted to charge me more than what we agreed on and when I said no.. she closed the door in my face. Very disorganized. I just done my first time car wash there this morning. WAs the first one there and no one else was waiting, they did it quickly without paying detail attention. Done it for top 20 mins, like u pay neighbor teenagers to pour water to your car and roughly dry it. Not even open the trunk to vacuum it at all. Very disappointed. This place is great! They take their time and do a good job. I chose the full service option. The only thing is it's a bit pricey at $20. This included cleaning in and out with tire shine. Make sure you bring cash. This place takes card but they charge you for processing. They take 20 to 30 minutes to do your car right. That's fine by me! They do a great job drying every nook of your car. They use a leaf blower to dry the car... Not a bad idea actually... Gets the water out in all the little crevices. I think $15 is reasonable for what they did. Also, it a nice gesture to leave a tip in their tip container. Overall a good experience. The guys were great, and the lady that runs the place is nice too. She does a good job overseeing the place. read more

Tried this after reading James L's review on it and thought it definitely deserves some props. It's not in the most obvious location but the staff does do a great job of paying attention to the details. Only thing I'm worried about is that since its a hand wash establishment they might not have the proper equipment to clean the under carriage of your vehicle as well as the more established/expensive places ie VIP Car wash? The road salt from the NYC winters can do a job with your vehicle if not cleaned out frequently and in this aspect may be the only area where VIP wash can shine. read more

I went to purchase a gift certificate for someone, anyway when I ask how much to detail a car, I was told $170.00 Are you kidding, I know my friend pays about 100.00 Than girl tells me (maybe they dont do inside) I tell her YES THEY DO.... The solution to this problem was the manager recognizing me and giving me back what I just over paid. So I would pay then he would recognize me. Ask the cashier what I paid. If I paid too much he would refund me the over charge. Not a perfect system but I appreciate the effort. They have moved from this location now. I cannot tell you how wonderful my car looks when Javier and his men are done with my car. Regular full service car was leaves my car looking sparking and no one ever gets my rims that clean. Now today was another time I had Javier do a total detail, as I do twice a year and that car left there looking like the day I drove it off the lot.
