FINALLY! A true coffee shop in Morristown! Owners were onsite, smiling and engaging clients. Business had a dozen people at 3:30 in the afternoon, loved seeing the hand crafted lattes and other coffee drinks being made. And the crepes can be seen as they are made as well. My husband is not generally a fan of them, but even he was sold on these delicious treats! You can get Sweet or savory! LOVE their crepes -- all of them. The food menu is limited, but quality. Staff is nice; great atmosphere for working, with free wifi (there's not much variety in the seating, but also not a lot of room to include different types of chairs/nooks). Love supporting a local business instead of a big chain! My only sadness is that I have several times ordered drinks that I felt were pretty weak. If that's a me problem (e.g., if I'm supposed to let my tea steep for longer before I sip it), it would be helpful to say upon delivery, "this has three more minutes of steeping time," or something. read more

Found this place accidentally and I am happy I did. From coffee to breakfast they have a solid selection. I ordered an omelet and a turkish coffee and was very pleased. Eggs were cooked to perfection - not dry and rubbery and nit runny in the least - just the way they are supposed to be, and delicious. Turkish coffee was a treat too - I had not seen this on a menu since I left the NYC Metro area 10 years ago. As an added bonus, the place has a very cool, chill environment. Love this place. Has only been open for a year or two and we love to go there for breakfast or lunch. Excellent food and COFFEE. and sweet treats as well. You might want to ask them to not fill your cup up too high or you won't have room for milk. It is very hot and easy to spill. I ask them for a couple of ice cubes to take the heat off. The dining room is small, and noisy so not ideal if you are going to have a business lunch with serious conversation but that isn't what it is set up. My first time in 60 Beans Coffee and I was not disappointed. A cute coffeehouse atmosphere with small cafe tables and excellent service. This place was much needed in an area that predominantly has only fast food. I had a savory breakfast crepe (turkey, cheese, spinach) and it was delicious. My vanilla latte was perfectly done. I was so excited to hear that the area has a new coffee shop! And even more so when I saw that they were open late and open on Sundays! The shop itself is super cute with plenty of seating. I especially love the back wall seating with cushioned benches. We aren't typically coffee drinkers but when I saw they had Turkish coffee I had to try it. It was brought out on a beautiful, jeweled tray. It was just the right amount of sweet and bitter and the perfect consistency. My husband is a tea drinker and was impressed with the large selection of quality teas. He went with his favorite, chai. It was brought out in a pot so he was able to enjoy a couple of cups. They also serve food including pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and crepes. I didn't see anything vegan at a quick glance. But we had just had lunch so we didn't plan to eat. We were driving through and read a bunch of reviews on Yelp so we decided to stop at 60 bean for coffee and a treat. We were not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly and offered suggestions from the menu. They were personable and very kind. We each tried a different menu item and were each pleased with our choices. The carrot cake, fruit crepe, loaded brownie and a breakfast sandwich all exceeded expectations. There was a jug of free water and lemonade and we were given free refills on coffee as we headed out. The coffee here is amazing, the crepes never disappoint, and the pastries are delicious. However, the customer service is not spectacular by any means. The owner of the cafe is wonderful and makes my friends, family, and myself feel very welcome and appreciated. Her employees, on the other hand, seem very uninterested and uncaring of their customers. I have only ever been to the Morristown location and the past few times that I have gone, there has been a tall male barista with grey/brown hair who is...very loose to say the least. After taking my order, he actually got up on the counter where the syrup for the coffee is placed, FEET AND ALL, reclined back with his shoes under the syrup station, and played on his phone until my order was ready. His behavior really made me not want to come to this location ever again. Not to mention his careless attitude. I was shocked by how this was allowed and every other time I've been here, he seems to simply abandon the place as soon as they get busy, which the other employees make it VERY OBVIOUS that they are upset with him. Aside from this employee specifically and the general bad customer service, this cafe is a nice place with great food. It just needs some serious work. read more

If you're looking for something sweet but a smooth coffee taste I would suggest the Creme Frappe. I got Pumpkin Caramel mix! If you like a strong taste the Turkish coffee is really good! The presentation of the Turkish coffee is definitely an experience of culture. The Nutella Crepe was delicious and looked beautiful as well. The atmosphere is so calming with a jazzy feel.
