Don't let the long line scare you off! It moves fast and trust me it's worth it! The staff who work there are always kind, friendly and helpful. I can only speak to the cinnamon rolls because that's what we ordered. We had been told they were the best in Greeneville and they did not disappoint. They are super cinnamony with lots of icing. And they are large - you could easily split one or indulge and eat the entire thing. One nitpick, the hours on maps indicated they are open until 8pm every day but Sunday. We stopped by Monday for a mid-afternoon caffeine boost and they were closed. read more

We love Creamy Cup but have to make a comment because the last two times we went there, there was some disappointment with consistency. The first time was with shakes. My wife's shake was fine being thick and challenging to get up the straw but mine was like a slushy milk. The second time we got two lattes identical and mine was piping hot while my wife's was Luke-warm. This comment is for encouragement to hopefully tighten up consistency. read more

This is my all time go to lace for coffee in Greeneville. I have been here quite a few times and always enjoyed how the staff welcomes each customer and the coffee here. The customer service is also good whenever you have a problem with you're drink they were own to redo it for you. Kind people and friendly staff. Super cute coffee & ice cream shop! They also have teas with different ice options. I got the hot spiced dirty chai , and it was amazing! It was like fall in a cup! The only place to get a good cup of coffee in Greeneville! Frequented this establishment almost every weekend for many years until today. Our order were typical flavored lattés with an extra shot. Whether there wasn't enough espresso or too much syrup they were not good. So we turned around and went back , not angry, we just wanted the coffee we had come to expect. The way the employee handled the situation was down right wrong. I'm aware that we could've been misunderstood when we ordered, or mistakes can happen on their end. My first time at The Creamy Cup and I enjoyed it. It's a small spot near Tusculum College and is mainly set-up for drive-thrus, though they do have a small walk-up window on the side. I got a medium sized mocha, the taste was excellent but it was a bit toward the lukewarm side rather than hot, hence the 4/5 rating. This is the only drive through coffee joint in Greeneville and it's a really good one! The drive line can be a bit slow bit the coffee, speciality drinks, and baked goods rock!! I got the Spice Chai Latte. It was creamy spicy and warm! I love the spice flavor they use. I wish my local sbux had it. The workers are very friendly and always say "come again" when we drive off.
