Now that I unfortunately cannot move into this complex, they are denying my $100 "administrative" fee refund because I did not sign my lease? I updated the team with phone calls and emails almost daily about the dilemma, and they seemed understanding. Now that I requested a refund they switched up their tone and are refusing to refund my $100. Is this the place you want to move into? One that makes false claims from the start?

The pottery was unpacked and put on bookshelves. Books are in the garage. Today I finally unpacked a microwave bowl that I've needed. This is a third of what went south.
