Despite what everyone says this is one of the greatest car washes in the DMV. They wipe down your car perfectly if requested and dont leave any water marks. They are a little underperforming on the interior for vacuuming but only if your interior is an absolute mess. I am very happy with their service and I reccomend you bring you cars here. I have a couple sports cars that come here and almost every time it comes out looking amazing and they wipe down anywhere i'm not satisfied with. Great service from the manager aswell. My chairs and carpet were not vaccum and they scratch my door where my speaker is. If it allowed zero stars on this review it would be. Customers beware when having your vehicle washed here. This is the 2nd vehicle of mine they have caused damage to. When management was notified of each situation there was zero acknowledgement or accountability of the incident. This 2nd time they managed to DENT my 2 week old vehicle. The manager was of ZERO assistance and essentially said "I don't know what you want me to do" and denied any responsibility for the damage. For starters an apology and acknowledgement instead of immediate defensiveness. And now I have the cost of having my vehicle repaired for something they caused. I see a lot of cars around here go to this car wash. If you get the license plate holder you save $4 per wash. I finally stopped. You drive to the back where they will vacuum out your car and then give you your slip to take inside to pay. They did a great job of taking off the bugs that were stuck on my grill. read more

The outside of my vehicle vehicles usually look great leaving here. So that's not the issue... the issue is the inside. The car was barely vacuumed while choosing a deluxe package and the wipe down was mediocre.. after calling the car wash just to inform them that the work was "shotty" she explained to me that the vacuuming was free. If you're going to do a half ass job on vacuuming, my recommendation is you start charging for it. I'd rather pay $60 and not have to finish the job myself when I get home versus $30 for a mediocre job. read more

I've been to this location twice, and each time I felt very disappointed with the quality. The people are nice, but the experience felt very lazy. The first time, they told me they couldn't figure out how to put up the seats in my vehicle. Although there's a pretty obvious button, I let that slide because I figured they were busy, so they didn't look very hard. Upon entering my vehicle both times, I was super disappointed by the quality of their interior work. The dash and center console looked untouched, with dust all over, and there was lint on the windshield from their towels. The outside of the windshield still had bugs, and the back window also looked untouched. Spots covered all windows, and there was so much dust and debris on the windows that I'm actually surprised. I ended up washing it myself both times, and I still don't know why I went a second time. Definitely don't recommend it. The money you spend here could definitely be spent elsewhere, and it's simply not worth it because the difference they make is pretty negligible. While this seems to be one of the more popular car washes in the area, I've been disappointed and can't recommend the 610 Car Wash. On nice days this place can be packed, but I think it's more a lack of car washes vs being a good car wash. I've been a handful of times and each time I find something they missed or didn't do to my satisfaction. This place also seems to nickel and dime you for every little item, while others may include some items in the basic washes. While the pricing still seems to be in line up with other washes, the quality is lacking. From missing parts of cleaning the interior (missing parts of the dash, smudged windows, sub-par cleaning of cup holders, or partially missing rims/tires), I've never been 100% satisfied with any experience. Overall, I can't recommend 610 based on my experiences. While it seems popular, they have yet to impress me enough to get one of the license plate frames that I see everywhere. If you do use them, I recommend going when they're not extremely busy and rushing to get through cars. read more

I've stopped in a few times (literally, probably only 3 times) over the many years this car wash has been here and it's been a mixed bag. It's ok, but definitely not worth the long wait - the wait it takes to get checked in. The wait it takes for the machines to wash your vehicle. Nor the wait it takes for them to dry your vehicle afterwards. Unfortunately, it's the only full service car wash in Stafford, so if you want to get your vehicle's interior vacuumed and windows cleaned and not have to do it yourself, this is the place. On this most recent visit, after waiting as long as I did (and they weren't as busy as I've seen that they can be), I got my truck back and the passenger side mirror still had water all of it, so did part of the passenger side windshield. There was still dirt and grime on the front bumper which didn't seem to come off. (BTW - The truck had only 200 miles on it, it's brand new and this was its first washing, so nothing was "caked on" yet) Overall, for the price, it's probably an OK deal, but I would just expect a little more attention to detail. read more

Had my suburban cleaned and the QA called me over and pointed out that there was blacktop spray in numerous places. He advised they had seen this recently. He used a cleaner that dissolved the tar and ran the vehicle through again... at NO COST. Very pleased with the customer service. read more

I've visited this car wash several times without issue, appreciating the opportunity to support local high school students working here, and always leaving a tip. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I paid for a deluxe car wash, including cup holder cleaning. Upon receiving my car, I noticed the interior still had a significant amount of dirt, but I decided to overlook it, tipped generously, and drove home. Once home, I discovered that the passenger side mirror cap was missing. I called the car wash, and the receptionist asked me to return. This damage was not noticed by the staff, and it seemed to have happened towards the end of the wash, as the mirror was still covered in dirt and pollen. When I returned, the manager (I did not catch his name but appeared to be caucasian and was bald) searched for the cap and returned with it completely broken. He explained that another vehicle that went through the wash likely ran over it. Despite a lengthy and unpleasant discussion, he refused to acknowledge any responsibility, offer compensation for the damages, or even provide a refund for the deluxe wash. Although I had previously ignored the low reviews for this place, assuming my positive experiences were the norm, I now realize that I was just lucky until now. Saturday April 6, 2024. Went to 610 car wash to get my Vette washed and the guys tore up my bumper, frame and busted the radiator. The great thing about it is they said it wasn't their fault and that I should have knew it was going to be an issue and tell them before they pulled it in. Seriously!!! The car has been in there 6 to 8 times and now it's an issue?! Oh please!! Here's my point, if I get car in there and feel it was going to be to low I would have have someone spot me to check instead of slamming on the gas and going hog wild with it! The real kicker is the guy had the nerve to ask if I was drinking because of how pissed I was he told me it wasn't their fault and they were not going to fix it!! What a cop-out!! I could scream!!!! I am giving up hope on 610. I have tried multiple times since we've moved here. I appreciate the pricing, atmosphere and concept. I do not appreciate the service I get in return. I don't mind paying the deluxe price and all the add ons (console cleaning, trunk vacuuming) and tipping the 25%; however, I don't feel like I get what I pay for. When we moved into the area 10 years ago, this was our go to place for a great carwash experience. It has slowly gone down hill the past couple of years! I usually get the full service on my SUV and the last 3-4 times after paying the $30, I've come home to complete the job myself by vacuuming, cleaning windows, and inside areas. This is not good 610! Too bad 1 star is the lowest I can give... The crew working the vacuums stink... they never properly replace car mats (don't know there moved, God knows they're not vacuuming under the mats). There is always stuff left behind (see photo). The machines don't get into all spaces and the wipe down (and check) don't catch the mistakes by the machine and drying crew (see photo). You drive through the back, choose what wash you want, then get out and wait inside while they do the rest. They'll drive your car through the wash, so the outside gets cleaned, then pull up in the front so you can watch your car get cleaned on the inside. I came across Route 16 car wash and now whenever I'm in Stafford this is my go to spot. The price is worth every penny (I pay $27, which includes vacuuming, armor all, cleaning the dashboard, etc). They do a phenomenal job here. When your car rolls out of the car wash there are about 2-3 people wiping the inside and outside of your car. I do not have to tell them to use grease cutter to remove the grease from the rocker panel and they dry off the car completely. There was a young man walking around my truck spot checking the car and headlights for tar/bugs. He was so meticulous. I love my truck and because he took pride in his work, I was happy with the finished product. He showed me the spots he couldn't remove and said if I wanted them removed I should look into having the car waxed or buffed. He didn't try to up-sell me on these service either, which I appreciated. The spots were small, but I was grateful for his attention to detail and providing a possible solution. Absolutely terrible service, and I should have left the instant I set foot on their property. I parked my car and left it with what felt like, utterly clueless teenagers, who unbeknownst to me, put duck tape on a fender they felt would have issues in the wash. If they would have told me this, I would not have let them take the car. I paid for the best wash, only to have my car partially vacuumed, and cup holders cleaned after being put through, and windows partially wiped. I then noticed they were going to leave the duck tape on my car and asked one of the workers to remove it. Bad idea. He pulled it off in a manner that ripped the paint off the edge of the fender, exposing the fiberglass underneath. If I knew this would have happened and duct tape was to be used on a crooked fender, I would have just washed my car at home - but it's never been an issue until today. Today. I asked to speak to the manager, got the owner, and he told me there was nothing to be done, and I had a poor paint job on my car. I've never been in an accident, so I was pretty taken aback. I told him to cut to the chase and if there's nothing he can do about this, we were done. He kept going on about accidents, poor paint jobs, genders sticking out, blah blah.... no. His workers put duct tape on a customer's car without their consent, and when something goes wrong in an expensive way, it's the customer's fault. Nah, not a business I would ever visit again. Taking my 610 plate covers off this evening and trashing em'. Everyone needs to know about this, and the treatment I was given. I was talked down to, ignored, and treated like another bit of $$ in their pocket. Shame on them and their terrible, overpriced service. Tried this place after giving up on my go to car wash- the back of my truck (F-150) was always covered in suds and some parts were just missed. The 610 car was was amazing and the staff were all SO friendly! Most importantly- no sudsy or missed spots. The staff wipe the whole car dry at the end and even wipe down inside (albeit nothing fancy). You do get out of your car and walk in to pay while they run your car through.. I didn't know that and didn't plan on having anything inside done, so I was a bit embarrassed at the amount of junk I had inside... so keep that in mind if you're going for the first time lol. I don't get my truck washed very often, but I'll definitely return here when I do. After laughing at the bad reviews I would like to add- it is an $18 car wash (which is maybe a few dollars more than you're going to pay elsewhere), and for them to clean/vacuum the inside, I think it was $27? So if you're expecting much from a $10 detail, that's your own fault, lol. read more

Visited on 10/15/2020 The cashier was friendly. However the service sucked! I paid $27 for inside / outside clean including rims and tire shine. The guy wiped my steering wheel with a dirty cloth, the rest of the inside was not touched. After seeing him wipe my steering wheel of course I did not want them to touch the inside. They wiped the water off the outside and called me up- they were done! I said thats it? Well I paid for the tire shine too. I showed him my receipt. A case for capitalism-they need competition. Other local car washes seem dishonest, so will continue to use if I'm desperate and in a hurry. Quality drops significantly when they're busy. Paid 30 for max services - they left obvious trash, didn't get the rear seat cup holders, vacuuming was half-assed, ended up spending additional time fixing basic things like vacuuming...it left me pissed off. My fault for trusting them..got all the way home before I noticed. If this is par for the course, I can get same level of quality by scheduling 30 minutes to do it myself... maybe an hour each weekend for vehicle prep-cleaned right plus ensure vehicle is fully fueled, ready-to-go. I've driven passed this car wash many times over the past few months and after reading the Yelp reviews... contributed to pass it up. On this nice sunny day, I decided to finally give it a try. After all the exterior of my car has been a disaster for a while. This place was busy but the origination of the employees and the drive through line was impressive. It reminded me of driving through one of those well orchestrated Chick-fil-A drive thurs. There are two options full service ($29) and exterior only ($20). You can add additional services for $2 such as center console cleaning, trunk vacuum and any other service requested. Despite the long lines the wait wasn't long, the checkout process was easy and my car was very clean. They do not offer membership but there is a 48 hour return if there is rain after a wash (keep receipt) and they provide a punch card for returning customers. read more

I brought my car here for an interior and exterior cleaning since I didn't have too much time to do it myself. After the main wash and vacuuming were complete, I was called over. Not only was there still dirt on the floor mats, but the kid who drove my car into the wash left orange powder all over the cloth roof, sun visors, and dashboard, left a huge greasy smudge of fingerprints on my rear view mirror, and warped the seat leather. It was a very poor and rushed cleaning process even though there weren't many customers present at the time, yet there were plenty of employees standing off to the side laughing and joking around with each other. If you come here, just expect a bunch of disrespectful, undisciplined teenagers and young adults to be the ones driving and servicing your vehicle throughout the whole wash and "dry" cycle. I am a very picky person but I think we all need to remember, that this is a car wash not a DETAIL. They simply do a quick vacuum, it gets washed, they dry off your car, wipe the windows, and a quick wipe down inside. They also do the tires with shine. I always go back with my microfiber towel and wipe down the outside to get it how I like it. I see people watching these people as if they paid for a detail. I wash my own car at times, and it takes me a full day to clean it. If that's the kind of service you want? Then book a detail.
