Went in just before closing on a weeknight. Got the low-mid level wash, the "Silver." My car was really filthy. Birds had used it all day for target practice and coated the whole car. I was waved in after paying with no wait. The attendant pre-soaked and did a few spray washes before sending me through the tunnel. After the whole tunnel treatment, there were two attendants hand drying the car. I was very pleased with the service at Wash Zone and would recommend them any time. read more

Center console wasn't vacuumed, candy wrappers left in cup holders and I was told this wasn't part of the premium service I paid for. Those required a mini detail. Crumbs on seats and floor, which they said they went back and fixed, but when I got home, crumbs still on 3rd row seats. I won't be going back. $35.00 plus tip for a ​sloppy job. read more

Editing my review because i was too kind before. This place is the worst. Crappy service. Crappy customer service. Crappy job. Just not good. They have lost me as a customer. I was going monthly & I'll be sure to tell everyone I know around here too that this place is the worst car cleaning place I've ever been too. Not impressed. Like actually disappointing. You pay $26 for a crap job. I actually went back and was really nice and explained all the places they missed. They told me the doors with the gunk i would need to pay over $50 next time to get that cleaned. Whatever. They still missed the twigs on the floor and sand on my car floor. Which was definitely included in the $26 crap job. When I did go back, they vacuumed up the crumbs on the seat. But they left the dirty doors (which I apparently have to pay an additional $30 for that.) they left the sand on the floor, the sticky stuff on the exterior. Overall very unimpressed. While out on Quantico for business my car needed washed something fierce. Carwashes in this area are not on every corner. After doing some research on 3 local businesses I came to WashZone. The employees were friendly and hardworking. Because my car had sat out here for about 5 months it needed a lot of attention. They pressure washed my car at the entrance for quite a while to get through the grime. After that, they ran it through the system. When my car came out at the other end it looked so good. I recommend you swing by to get your vehicle washed at WashZone if your in Stafford or stuck on Qunatico. The staff will treat you and your car properly, they did for me. read more

I was a member for quite a few years and I ended up. Never quite understood why they didn't ask they could've tried to fix it if they cared. I took it back a couple months ago and they special going on and nothing's changed. If you work retail, you have to be a people person not someone who looks unhappy with their job. Every time I think I've gone in there the vacuum I picked doesn't work. People pay good money. They want to vacuum their car. Funny thing is sometimes I've went back the next day in the same vacuum doesn't work. Getting ready to cancel again tomorrow. read more

Wanted to share my customer appreciation experience with Washzone.. I get my truck washed there often. Over the weekend I decided to get my truck detailed . Wen I picked up the truck it was clean inside and out but I did notice a black streak on the passenger side door and dry solution on the passenger window. I called Washzone and thanked them for the detail but pointed out the issues on the passenger side. The owner apologized and asked me to bring it back so he could take a look and get it cleaned. He also provided me with a handsome amount on a gift card to get my car washed in the future. He expressed his appreciation for me being a customer and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of ensuring I was a happy customer!! read more

My wife and I have been here a few times before and was excited to have a good car wash in the area but sorry this isn't it. They offer different levels of a wash but you are basically getting the same thing just paying more. Kinda like buying a large soda and they fill the cup with ice so your drink isn't actually more. We have noticed the past couple times how certain smudges on the car they don't get off when they literally wipe the car down after it comes out of the machine. What's the point? But you know what, that's minor in comparison to the total lack of customer service. The people who take the order are always rude. Today, my wife and I were in line and she was driving and wrapping up a phone call. The guy taking orders walked passed us and took the orders of the cars behind us and never came back. When we asked him why, he rudely said " you on the phone" and made a dismissive hand gesture. Cool, you don't want our money, you don't and won't ever have to worry about that again. Terrible $20 car wash! I should have know it was bad because I was then only one there. If you have to wipe down the exterior and vacuum after you have paid, then I just paid to clean my own car. I'm an idiot and I should have said something as soon as they gave me the keys, because I could clearly see the dirt around my handles and below the doors. The door jams were filthy too. I will not return to this place and just go back to the 610 car wash. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Charge,you $26 no tire shine , no mat wash barley vacuums. No wipe down in console or doors only the dash board. Manager didn't give two SHXXTS. You have to pay extra $18 to get mats cleaned and interior done. Never go again. Wash was garbage too. I mean I can go to a car wash drive through same results. Horrible read more

Appears to be under new management. Off to a good start, but we(Stafford) must raise the standard. They are much better than the high schoolers on 610 (car wash), but not on par with Fredericksburg Car wash off Plank across from Lidl. Fredericksburg is real good but management is immature. Probably a matter of time before their decline. SO, let's ensure throughness at Washzone for what we pay for. I have been to this location twice in the past month and both times have been outstanding! Friendly staff has started both trips out well. The people that clean the cars are amazing. They take the car mats out of the vehicle to clean them, lift the 3rd row seats to vacuum and blow out all the dog hair! We have 2 good size SUVs and the $28 is so worth it!!! My wife informed me that a new car wash was open and that Stafford residents were extremely pleased with their service. I decided to give Wash Zone a try while running errands, and I am happy I went. Before I provide insight into my experience, let me give you a back story. I was a customer of 610 car wash, partly because it is the only full-service car wash in the area. When you roll into 610, an attendant waves you forward; you select your service (I usually go with the $28 choice), they vacuum your car, send it through the washer, and dry it. The outside of the vehicle is typically done ok, and they have pretty good customer service. However, the inside is barely vacuumed, there is no attention to detail, dash screens are left with streaks, and mats are in the same condition. There have been instances where the vacuum job was subpar. I never made a big deal because that is not my modus operandi. Wash Zone was a breath of fresh air! Pedro greeted me and asked me what option I wanted, and like I would at 610 car wash, I selected the $28 option. About six people were working on my car, doing everything from vacuuming cleaning windows; they even took my rubber mats out, washed them, and dried them. They lifted the third row, vacuumed, and even cleaned the baby car seats! They even cleaned the baby seats - wow! They were efficient and paid attention to the small details, including cleaning my cupholder for no additional cost. The vehicle went through the automatic washer, and when it came out, they dried and shined the tires. At this point in the process, I had no idea what to expect - I was taking it all in as I washed. Once the Wash Zone team completed my vehicle - O.M.G., I thought I had a new car. Words cannot express how pleased I was with their job. Every part of my truck was clean. It is important to note that I drive a 2022 Toyota Sequoia, which is not a small car. Look, I am not one to write many reviews, but I get my car cleaned every two weeks and never felt I was getting my money's worth. After visiting Wash Zone, I felt invigorated enough to write about my experience. Their customer service and attention to detail converted me from 610 to a customer of Wash Zone. Better than 610. Granted they are a little slower but once they get more business and can hire a few more people this will def be the best car wash in Stafford!!!!! Takes some time but they get it right! Ohhh and they DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO DO THE BASIC THINGS like clean out CUP holders and wash mats!!! read more
