I went on the worst day it was so cold!!! But they had buckets out with tire brushes, so while the person in front of me was in the car wash, I scrubbed my tires and lights and license plate! It's self serve, so you just drive up, pay on the promoter, and then drive in. After you're done, there are vacuums at the end that you can park beside, easy to get to and trash cans near by for your garbage! There are two car washes beside each other, but one was getting worked on, so I had a wait a bit - and it was a Saturday. So expect it to be busy and be patient for a great wash!! read more

I have a love hate relationship with this car wash. It used to be great but lately I am finding it closed when it's supposed to be open. The buckets of soapy water are now not soapy and smell musty. The car wash water itself, the same. When it's open, clean and working, I love it. But recently I'm more disappointed. I am wondering if it changed ownership? THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CAR WASH AROUND! The machine itself is awesome, but they also use good chemicals that are environmentally friendly. They also provide microfiber cloths to hand wipe your vehicle and the vacuums are awesome. They also have people on staff to give you a a hand as well! Car washes are for dirty vehicles but this place seems to think only clean vehicles can go through. I was turned away from this establishment as I had mud on my truck and was told that I would ruin it for everyone else. I got the truck stuck previously unintentionally and wanted to get the mud off before it caked on. I do not live in the area and was only passing through for a weekend trip. This certainly does not encourage any further trips back to this area. I did not intentionally go through the mud. I did not realize the dirt area beside the car wash was mud and once I was down there, could not get out. The paved area around the car wash does not circle nor make it convenient to get back on the road way. If you want to turn away muddy vehicles, it should be posted as such. And last of all, you did not approach me with anything that I would call good customer service, nor offer a good place to go. read more

I tried to address this with the Owner and found him unwilling to meet his responsibility for damaging my wheel. Ok for a self serve( drive through) car wash. Cleaned my truck pretty good for the amount of grime on it. Had towed my truck behind our motorhome in the rain for 3 days. It was pretty dirty. Only had to wipe down a few low spots on the body to get it completely clean. read more

I have been using this car wash for a few years now and even drive a long way just to use it. I stopped by today and it seemed like the quality of wash has gone down a lot, not sure what changed but my car wasn't clean after passing through the wash. It left dirty water all over my car that I had to wipe off. Hopefully this was a fluke thing cause normally this place does a great job. read more

My daughter threw up in/on the car on 95 and we had to jump off the highway and get it washed in a hurry. The attendant ran right out to us with wipes, paper towels and trash bags, we got through the car wash quickly and wre able to get back in the highway and to where we were going on time. There are brushes to pre scrub the dirt off of your tires, the car wash system makes several passes over your car, microfiber towels provided to dry your car, dash wipes provided for the interior, vacuums that will suck your face off included without a timer, and the owners are helping you throughout the entire process. I had no idea this place exsisted. My wife and i recently moved down near Jack's about 6 months ago. I'm always wary of car washes because you may not get the quality you expect after giving them your hard earned money. That seems to be the case with many automated car washes. Jack's raises that bar back up to what you would expect from a car wash. They have vacuums free of charge after using their wash. I was so pleased with the quality wash and vacuum on my wife's car that I went right home, grabbed my car and headed back!!! That's when I met Susan and she was extremely pleasant to talk to. I missed her husband the first time around with my wife's car. Both her and her husband are veterans as am I so it was very nice to know that I was supporting another family member in arms. I will continue to head back to them. They are close and the quality is superb. read more

I just bought a new vehicle and was looking for a good car wash to use regularly. I checked into another one which is a couple miles closer to me, but went to Jacks after a friend recommended them. I was not disappointed at all. Upon arriving, a very friendly employee welcomed me, and took the time to explain everything about how things work and packages available. I immediately signed up for an unlimited package and went in for my first wash. I was very pleased with the ease of use and the quality of the job the machines do as well. Then I got to the vacuum's, wow! Those things have some serious power, and are extremely quiet as well. My first trip to Jacks was great and there will be many more to come! read more

My wife and myself went there on a Sunday night, we got there as they were closing but the incredibly awesome girl that works there let us use it. After that she turned the vacuum back on for us & even helped dry our car. There are some good car washes around here but I haven't found any with customer service this good. Was driving back from Richmond, and really needed to get road and salt dirt off my Honda Accord. Even though I only got the silver package, the results were fantastic. The service was very friendly. My favorite part, the vacuums are actually high powered. So many other car washes have crappy vacuums. Jack's car wash really gets all of my daughter's graham cracker crumbs from the crevices. Went out of my way to try Jacks today and glad I did. Outstanding car wash and great, friendly people. This is pretty much self service it people are thy to help and they took special care of the wheel rims on my BMW. The wash did a super gentle and thorough job and the blowers at the end dried nearly every drop of water. They hand dried to a finish and vacuums are free once you're don. Me and my boyfriend always take our cars to jacks and so far they've done a great job. The wash gets the cars clean and the free vacuum afterwards is a plus. We are always offered help every time we come with both the wheel cleaning and the wipe down afterwards. The people that work at jacks are always friendly and very helpful. Both of my parents are retired Marine Corps so thats always close to my heart. read more
