Everyone needs to schedule an appointment with Detail Pros! Gina was quick to respond with an estimate as well as accommodating to our availability. We have two SUVs that needed a detail desperately. They called when they were on their way and it took them four hours for everything. I wish I took before and after pictures, but imagine cars that tote around a dog and two toddlers - dog hair, french fries, gold fish crackers, cheerios, milk splatter... just grossness everywhere. The two men made our cars look brand new! They were up front about some of the stains that couldn't come out without damaging the leather, which I appreciated. Both were really nice, too. We prepped the cars by removing the car seats and toys but they handled all the rest. My husband and I are in love with our super clean cars! I bought a Groupon back in February when we were getting all of teh snow, ice, and salt to get my truck touched up. As it would be, I got pretty busy and didn't have a chance to use it until July. So I set my appointment for them to come and wash the car at my place. The night before, they had a cancelation so they e-mailed asking to move my appointment up. No problem. I had a groupon for the "Premium Wash"($200+ value) which included an exterior wash, interior shampooing and cleaning, waxing, etc. Website says that generall takes 3-4 man hours. Right before coming out, some dark clouds were rolling in, the detail tech called to ask to see if it was raining. I told him it wasn't so they were doing to come on out. Just about the time they showed up it started to rain. The guys continued to work through the rain, washing a truck that had been without a decent scrubbing for over 10 months. When they were said and done I was pretty satisfied with the job. For the price of the Groupon (86$ i think) the interior and exterior wash / wax was good. There were a few small things they missed (for a 200$+ service), windshield wasn't washed (I didn't notice until later), rear view mirror wasn't cleaned. Nothing huge or game breaking, but when they did such a good job with shampooing the floors, and cleaning the interior and waxing the exterior, I think these small thing would have made this a 5 star service. read more

I had to take an emergency trip that required my car to look good. I had 2 days to get it done and no time with work getting in the way. I reached out to all of the local detailers and none and these guys responded. In fact, they were the only ones to respond and were able to schedule a deluxe detailing for me, at my house, when I needed it. The price was $189 thanks to a 5% yelp discount. That's about the same as it would cost with the hastle of driving and waiting for a detailer. This process comes to you and can be scheduled such that it's taken care of for you while you are at work. Gina, the owner, was incredibly responsive through yelp without being invasive. The guys that performed the detailing were professional and polite. I was given an approx time of arrival and they called 15 mins before that to let me know they were on the way. My car, which was totally trashed when they showed up, looked like a new car when they were finished. The whole process took under 3 hours. This is my first detail and I must say Nick and I believe Ken? did a phenomenal job, they arrived right on time. Parked behind my hoise2, moved my car and got to work. It took about an hour and a half for them to finish my premium package. My car is lit! Looks like new, only downside is the buff brought out the dings in it but that just goes to show how great their work is. Even my boyfriend said it looks like I got a new paint job. We have been getting our cars detailed for many years now as they are older vehicles and we hope to maintain the paint job on the exterior and the interior as best possible. I purchased a Groupon that this company was offering - a "Mobile Detailing Service." I did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic job they did! The owner, Nick Cleveland, came with a colleague to detail my minivan. They did exactly what they said they would accomplish AND some with my Express Full Detail (I wanted to test the waters with the Express rather than the full detail, and the Express STILL lasted about an hour and half). Nick is a very hardworking individual and was not only incredibly prompt (even early), clean, and thorough in their service. They arrive with EVERYTHING they need to do your car. Special hand cleaning mitts that are as soft as a baby's rear, name-brand cleaning agents, and their own water/electricity. They have a policy that a clean cloth is used on every vehicle they detail. Heard so much about this place from my friend and decided to check it out. I gave my car for PREMIUM detailing. Overall, I am very disappointed. Dirt/dust on dashboard, water marks on windows, did not get to choose a scent (which I thought was odd) and floor mats were lazily done. When you say detailing, especially PREMIUM detailing, you should mean it. Or probably, there is a different meaning of detailing in your dictionary. Very disappointed. I paid $100 for the service. The "quality" is only worth HALF of what I paid. I am never going there ever again and would not suggest anyone else too, if you value your hard earned money. read more
