When you're shopping enthusiast cars, the details matter. Buyers ask detail-oriented questions because they're trying to make a serious decision, not because they're trying to waste anyone's time. Here, it felt like the attitude was "take it or leave it," and that's fine, but it's not the kind of place I'd want to spend real money. They may have interesting inventory, and I'm sure some people like that style. I didn't. If you go, be direct about what you want to see and what answers you need, and pay attention to how you're treated when you ask basic questions. When they were repairing the car they said would cost more because one of the parts they were gonna have to move my gas tank. When they told me it was ready, they said that it was not their fault and after I cheated with the guy a little bit about how it was already replaced 2 years ago and that I had just lost my job. He proceeded to tell me that the charge was $90. When I explained their was no mention of a charge to check out something that was quite possibly there fault. He said sorry there was a charge. I paid they money and took it to someone else who said there was no way to know what caused it since they didn't know exactly what they did but they never should have charged me to look at something that could have been caused by them.

Request was to get Apple CarPlay installed in my 2019 truck…read more Positives: work was completed quickly Negatives: Sony unit that had Apple Carplay also had a button for satellite radio, so I tried to use my subscription, didn't work. I asked why it wouldn't work and Miller told me I didn't request the receiver as part of the installation so it would cost an additional $200. Didn't make sense As I got a unit but that Button costs an additional $200. More communication was needed. After installation, I also noticed when I received text msgs and tried to respond using my voice, the unit cutoff. no reply text msg is able to be used. And still can't! Work was done quickly, but I didnt get the functionality I should have gotten with text function and satellite radio.
