I did not pass inspection the first time because my marker lights did not function. The shop was unable to make the repair (oddly, given they are a collision shop) but nonetheless I took the van to a different shop and then returned to Swamps for inspection once the repair was completed. However, two days after passing inspection by Swamps a friend of ours informed us that photos of our van have been posted all over the Swamps website and the mechanics facebook page. I am irritated because no one bothered to say Hello or Good Morning to me for the times I came into the shop much less ask my permission to take and post pictures of the my van on the internet. I entrusted them to complete a 'simple' inspection yet the shop in turn, chose to betray my trust. This I find grossly unprofessional. I will never EVER return!
