I called in and they said it's been happening with a lot of people. Money hungry if I didn't notice they would have kept the money they got from the debt collectors.

Instead of a simple "not interested," the response was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I understand not every business wants to engage, but there's a respectful way to communicate that. First, it has a lot of meatheads and wannabe crossfitters. I can deal with the meatheads although they can be annoying, but the wannabe crossfitters simply get in the way of the rest of us who want to use the gym for its main intent: cardio machines, dumbells, free weights, etc. If they want to have a crossfit program they need more space. There's simply not enough at this location. Or these people need to go to a dedicated crossfit gym. Otherwise it's a good gym.

One of them gave me the run down of how their workout classes worked and gave me suggestions on the different stations. There were 3 stations (2 exercises at each station) total and you spend 10 minutes at each station doing as much of the workout as you can. It really does push you because you are sharing equipment with other people so you don't want to hold up an equipment. You take your own spray bottle to spray down after each use so that was nice. It was upper body day and a really hard, but good workout! She had us end with some running and abs which I appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to demonstrate every station instead of just some. You may feel a little intimidated, but it's a good space and a killer workout. Would come back!

Never had an instructor so awful and rude. Her name was essie. I like to modify/change exercises…read moreduring warm up as needed for myself. In the warm up, we were instructed to do front lunges for the warm up. I prefer reverse. She would not stop trying to correct the class (aka me) to do front lunges and not reverse. I minded my business and continued despite her incessant yelling about it instead of letting it go. Then one of the exercises in the stations included front lunges and she proceeded to say "now let's try to get it right this time and do front lunges and not reverse" obviously talking about me in a rude tone. Then I got to the first station where we had to do "skinny leg jump squats" whatever that even does for you. Seemed like a nightmare for my hips. So I did normal jump squats. She came over to try and correct me but I said no I don't want to do those and continued. After that, she did not even acknowledge my existence in the class. I was in a group by myself and she cheered on every group except me. I have NEVER been treated like this by an instructor. I paid for the class. I may modify and change workouts as needed. I did not mess up anyone's workout by modifying/adjusting so ???? I take a chance going to the class not knowing the workout if I will like whole workout. Sometimes I don't and have to modify a lot. WHO CARES. IT IS MY WORKOUT. Never coming back and letting anyone know who wants to go
