Luckily I happen to be able to quickly send my son to get her and rush her to the vet where she suffered a broken leg. She was covered in feces and urine which obviously as she was hurt and scared. They do not have cameras or anyone who monitors the dogs at night so they have no idea how long she was trapped. When we forwarded the vet bill to them they said it was the dogs fault as they should have been resting peacefully. Like I think they are confused as these are dogs. They mentioned they waived the $100 boarding fee and that should be enough. Our dogs are not puppies they are not rowdy they are senior dogs at 9 and 12 and are small Shih Tzus. If you have dogs boarding here I would inspect the runs and would seriously question should you continue. They are obviously another business in it for the money and not for the care of our fur babies. There is so many better options in Sumner County.

The staff is always friendly and kind and I receive stellar service every time we visit. I recently boarded my dogs for the first time and it went great! I was charged an extra $50 holiday fee, which they made sure to tell me was non refundable, but I have no issue paying this since my dogs always receive such great care when we visit and I am happy to support a small, locally owned business! They also have care for cats which is great, since I had typically had to board my dogs and cat at separate places. This is a great business with great employees!
