This quote is from them, even though every available weather source states we got more than 4in of snow....

Update- we finally received a response from the owners, who cited an emergency with one of the crews and stated that, while they were still trying to catch up from yesterday, today's conditions would prevent them from servicing us today and for "the rest of the season." To summarize- we signed a seasonal contract with them, they not only didn't show up but also didn't communicate anything about an emergency or change in plans that would allow us to make other arrangements, then canceled our service. Terrible customer experience.

He arrived at my house, introduced himself and immediately went to take a look at the huge fallen branch in my yard to ease my stress. We discussed the work that needed to be done and he gave me a very fair price, he even said he'd help me clear the rest of the broken branches that had nothing to do with the work he was there for. I told him that I wouldn't be around the following day, but would still like the work done before Sunday since we were expecting snow. He came as promised that Saturday afternoon and worked in the rain. I think he didn't want to bother me as he knew I was in class, so he texted me when the work was complete with photos of the job. I really appreciated his prompt responses, work, and professionalism. He contacted me a few days later just to make sure that I was happy with the work and I thought very highly of that since not many contractors follow up with their customers once the work is complete. Just looking at other reviews, it sounds like he does snow removal too, but definitely call him if you have tree needs! Great work, local, fair pricing, and super professional.

Mike at Garda Nee Land Improvement sent his guys out with a Bob Cat and in less than one our took away(moved it) and cleared 3 parking spots(mine and two other neighbors) -- spotless -- for $75 bucks....They navigated trees, fences, other car, etc...The guy driving the Bob Cat was terrific and was very professional. They caused no damage and knew exactly what to do to remove the snow. Unfortunately, it's looking like I'll need to call them again.

Snow began falling at 8am on Thursday.....we (a 5-month pregnant woman, an infant, and 3 people who had to drive to work on Friday) were not serviced until 4:30pm Friday.....32 HOURS without service. The initial promise that all sidewalks, stairs, and most importantly the driveway would be cleared by 6am Friday morning was clearly just a bunch of BS, which the point person Mike seems to have in spades. Two of us lost a day of work, another incurred $70 in uber charges to get back and forth, and another had to adjust her weekend travel plans because all 3 of our cars were still snowed in. What's worse, is after everything settled down, i gave Mike the opportunity to have a conversation about our on-going services with his company, and despite 4 texts, 2 voicemails and an email i have yet to hear back. For this, more so than the mishaps in service, is the reason we've decided to cancel our service from them. Stay away!
