To just start when I walked into the building and showed what I wanted I was treated with "Are you serious?". Red flag #1. Then I wasn't even allowed to choose my colors until they got to my second hand and it was an extra $30 to get two more colors, that I didn't get a choice to choose of in the first place. That was my biggest red flag. Next, they were commenting on how an elderly customer sat and walked in a certain type of way, to which the customer responded, "well apparently to you, I do everything wrong". This place is very overpriced for the amount and quality of service you actually receive . They do not make you feel welcomed whatsoever and seem more annoyed of your presence. I went back a second time to see if maybe the staff was having a bad day in comparison to the first time I went in... but nope they were the same the second time so I walked out! I set up an appointment for my friend and myself for 10:30am got there on time for our pedicure and full nail set. Got our pedicures and those were great, then some other customers walked in we got moved to do our nails. I couldn't even get started on my nails before the lady moved to help the other customers and left me alone while my friend got started on her nails. I got moved to 4 different people!!! While my friend stayed with the lady she had at the beginning, which in turn cut her cuticles so badly she was still bleeding when we left. The man and woman who shaped mine (since I kept getting switched) couldn't shaper them straight, and the lady who painted my nails didn't do what i asked and didn't fully cure them so they smeared. Left old polish on my toes, did no massage, and left polish around my nail. She cut almost every finger when doing my nails and did a terrible job shaping. I typically do very easy nail designs, but they definitely took my simple design and turned it into something I love! I would recommend going to this nail salon, they are fairly new but they do such a great job and is very friendly. They also have very great skills in the designs that I was shown. First and last experience here! This was supposed to be a relaxing experience the day prior to my wedding and it was the most unenjoyable time spent here! Do not come to this nail salon! The man was extremely rude to not only me but others! This nail salon does not give good customer service! The man was not friendly in welcoming us in as he stood outside, you would think by making an appointment previously they would have appreciated it but it seemed like he just thought we were a burden coming in to get services done (lack of employees?). He sat me and my husband down in the chairs and did not put any water in the tub for the pedicure for a couple minutes extremely weird. Our feet were just sitting in the plastic wrap. He finally put water in. He gave us the menu to choose which pedicure which I chose and once the lady started on me I asked since he doesn't get polish could I get nail art on me instead (every nail salon has always accommodated this for me) the lady had an attitude asked the man he instantly rudely said no. It would have been fine if he didn't have an awful attitude about it, just being kind and saying no would have been enough. But then he would not drop keep bringing it up that I asked the question and I told him he was being very rude please stop and he finally said I could get the nail art for $5 more (most nail salons charge $5 for both big toe nail art combined so total rip off) eventually he finally allowed for nail art to be done with no extra charge. His rude customer service left me uncomfortable and unhappy, I did not enjoy my time at the salon. Also each person that came in after as well with an appointment he had the same almost everyone is a burden coming here attitude. Services were overpriced. $45 to get the basic everything included pedicure that I've gotten $30 elsewhere. Also had to keep telling the lady working on me please me gentle it's my wedding tomorrow because people don't seem to care and have cut me before from not taking their time and being careful. The picture posted is one week from getting a French gel manicure from them! All I've done is get married and go on vacation so it's not like I've done anything major or hit my finger nails or anything and one nail is already ruined. It seems like the rest are about to follow. Leaving paid $128 plus tip was the biggest waste of money, did not leave satisfied or happy in any way. I'm happy my friends and family cheered me up after since the next day was my wedding. Do not come here unless you are accepting of rude customer service, being treated like a burden, feel like you wasted your money, and your nails will not last long. read more

Very poor quality pedicure. Sloppy, uneven polish application, all-over my skin and cuticles. I paid for an upgraded service but was not impressed. I really regret spending the extra $10. Massage was just lots of hard, annoying rubbing up and down my shins, while virtually ignoring my feet, toes, heels, ankles...all the parts you want massaged!! I actually asked her to stop because it was hurting. The area where the pedicure chairs are is too dark, no direct lighting, just a few ceiling lights, there's no way to see the customer's toes well, especially for the older lady technician who was doing mine, adjusting her readers and her mask the whole time with her curtain of long hair blocking the little available light. The shop managers seemed very disinterested in me as a new customer or a potential return customer. Not a friendly place and definitely NOT A LUXURY NAIL SPA! I will not be returning. BTW this crummy pedicure cost $45 before tip. Very disappointing. I'd happily spend $45+ for a quality pedicure. Anyone have any suggestions? read more

Went for nail dip & male owner did my nails. I came with gel on as "drilled" on my nails complaining "why you get gel nail". He burned my skin with the drill due to his inability to focus on his work. Then tried to dip my finger in a bowl of acetone that had a drill bit soaking in it. I asked for my cuticles to be trim & I felt like I asked him a unthinkable job to preform. He is very ruff and told me "I am sensitive". I watched him clean a floor (water overflowed from a pedicure tub) with gloved hands and he did not change his gloves as he returned to complete a pedicure on a client (I was receiving one as well from another tech). I did a walk-in and was helped immediately which was nice. The guy who answered the phone did a full set for me. I asked for a short pink/white ombré and showed a picture of how I had it done by another salon in town for $50. He quoted me $65, I agreed. I made sure my nails were prepped before coming in. He didn't give me the shape I wanted in the picture. He didn't allow me to wash my hands after he was done filing/before top coat polish, which I thought was disgusting and unsanitary. I do not recommend going to 66 Nail Spa, the worst service ever! The older lady who gave me my pedicure definitely isn't experienced at all! My toes actually are sore around the cuticles because of the drilling and filing of my nails, I asked her not to cut in the corners of my toenails and she started to do it anyways. The set of powder dip nails I got from Jennifer were so lumpy I had to refile them all, one hand is shorter than the other and I had product on my cuticles and skin. In case you didn't know if this happens your nails will lift off. And they actually charged me over $130 dollars. It's so sad to see where the nail industry has turned into. read more

Very nice staff! They seemed a little rushed but I believe that was my fault as we didn't properly describe how many people were coming. My nail shape ended up a little off, but I don't really mind. The male tech did my nails and he was very sweet. Only problem I had was getting the nail drill too far I to my hand and cutting the actual skin, but accidents happen.
