So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven't had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. On my most recent visit, she pulled my highlights a little bit higher for a more cohesive look when my hair is up. The highlights are placed so perfectly. They are natural looking but not too subtle either, and they blend my ash-brown roots into my ombre blonde tips really well. It's so pretty and feminine. Plus she's super nice and fun to talk to!
