When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need. David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. Two additional attempts to fix, and committed to coming back the next week to completely finish (third attempt). We tried calling the plumbing staff, but they still have not returned our calls. Also the office secretary couldn't tell us when they could come out or why they haven't yet. We now are working with another group to get the issue fully resolved.
