They ran it through the wash, barely dried it, and handed it back with dust still on the dashboard, crumbs in the seats, and dirt on the floor. I had to ask the workers multiple times to go back and fix what they missed--and even then, the dirt and dust are still here. It felt like they were annoyed I was even pointing things out. I even paid extra to have my weather mats cleaned, hoping at least that part would be done right. They didn't even touch them. This place is a total disappointment. I spoke w/the owner who asked that I go to a different place. 1 of the workers there wanted to glue my antenna back onto my car. Another worker correctly advised that it would have to be replaced. When I spoke to the owner of the car wash after many attempts, we agreed to meet Sat.3/14/2026 @ 10am at his car wash. He didn't answer the phone and didn't show up. The same workers that were there Wednesday acted like they had no idea that I was the man whose antenna they broke. Antenna replacement is not cheap and this place doesn't want to pay to have my car's antenna properly replaced!!

I have a dog and she gets a bit of fur in my vehicle throughout the year. My car was spotless after spending an hour at this location. They work hard, I recommend to tip a minimum of 20%! They have a couple chairs if you're waiting around, but also a few cafes in the area you can kill time if you're getting a longer wash like I did.

They took a photo and I was called to buy the part and they would install it and refund my purchase. The service manager I dealt with ( STEPHAN) was a caring and understanding gentleman. The item I bought was missing a piece. He took it back to Auto Zone himself. Installed it and refunded my money. Things go wrong with every business. But it's how they handle is the KEY!!
