Car gets clean every week sometimes twice a week if there's snow and salt on the ground. and I also do pay for a full detail once a year as well. I have definitely benefited from their membership price. No they're not perfect but if you want perfection pay more out of pocket for the detailing, can't beat the price for a regular quick wash. This establishment is excellent. I own three fully restored Classic cars with very expensive paint work, and have been using this facility since they opened. Their equipment is in very good order, the cleaning chemicals are available, and the premises are always clean. I used them particularly because the water is softened and leaves no water spots. Worker came up to me while I was vacuuming my car and had been for almost the whole 5 minutes they give you and asked me if I wasn't smart enough to understand the vacuum on the other side of my car was the one i was "supposed" to be using, then proceeded to rip the vacuum from my hands after I calmly explained I was sorry I didn't know and was almost done. As soon as I pulled up and tried to get the cheapest wash for my car, I was told that selection wouldn't remove my level of debris (I parked under a tree and had bird poop and cherries on my exterior). I was a little leery of this but begrudgingly accepted. This person yelled out "quick rinse and tires" as if it was some really special wash, but I don't think it was. She tried to tell me the simple wash does not use as much soap, but soap comes form the same place in a car wash. Who is measuring which car gets how much? I just think it's a dumb way to upsell, and I reluctantly gave in. To make matters worse, she didn't know how to manually run a credit card when the computer had an error with my chip. Seriously, lady? Adding further insult to injury was the car wash stopping and going several times while my car and others were in line. Very ratchet. The self serve vacuums have no suction, you have to vacuum your own car. Paid $3.00 extra for wheel shine which is not a hand shine it's in the car tunnel wash itself and it didn't do a thing to my wheels, they look exactly the same as prior to the wash. They dry your car off with wet dirty towels that were used on two cars in front of me. The guy directing you in the car wash tunnel hates his job and gets mad if you don't follow his exact hand signals. He actually turned the whole car wash off because he said i wasn't following his hand signals! I never got a receipt, they advertise soft touch wash duh, not, it's a hard beater brush. My brakes squeaked like a big drum after I rolled out. I hope there is no permanent damage. Won't be going back. Trash everywhere and guys standing around not doing a damn. Beware bait and switch! I had my car interior detailed. The cost was $125, or so I thought, and was to take 2 hours so I left the car and went to work. The sign is clear that SUVs and trucks are $145, and others $125. The agent told me $125, charged my credit card, gave me the receipt and told me to put it on the dashboard. Which I did before as I said I dropped the car with the detailers and took a cab to my office. I have automatic notices from my credit card company, which notified me I had been charged $145. (Remember, the receipt was with the car, let their instructions). I tried calling the car wash 3 times, but no one picked up. When I went back to get the car and asked to have the bill fixed, the agent became anxiety and began yelling. He agreed that my car is NOT an SUV, but did he told me $145 Andi shirt be glad he didn't charge me $160 or $195, and he could charge whatever he wanted! I pointed out the sign with prices and he says the sign doesn't matter! He was belligerent, shouting at me and over me. A very sour experience! read more

My car was a mess! I took it to KC's and chose mini detail for $50. I thought it would take 2 guys 15 minutes as I wasn't expecting much. They were amazing. Very thorough, lovely guys and they did a GREAT job cleaning my car inside and out. It looks near. This car wash will have the exterior of your car sparkling and shining. They will deliver with getting the exterior of the car slayed, well... they always do for my car, now as far as the interior umm......not so much. Whenever I come here, I simply stick to getting my exterior washed cause I know i would be a satisfied customer, I do not request the interior because I know with my personality, I can be a little ocd ish and each time they did the interior, I always saw simple spots being missed like the car doors had the same stains that was there earlier, the dashboard still was dusty, plain in simple, they not gonna "get in there" and give the interior a through clean. Im much at ease when I just do it myself. Prices are reasonable from 12.00 to around 40.00 they even do detailing and the overall "works" for around 100.00. The prices are generally both the same for washing either the interior or exterior or both. Now back to the exterior, they be having my car looking like I just took it off the lot! read more

My car was damaged from their wash-- the factory decal literally sprayed off from the machine (you can actually see a spray pattern in the damage, pictured below). I sent a message to their Facebook page, in addition to calling twice and leaving two voicemails, politely asking if there was any way to resolve this issue and no one even bothered to call back-- not even an offer for a refund on the wash. After some research, I found a way to just remove the decal completely. But, still annoying to have to spend my time and energy doing that without so much as an apology. And, I will no longer have the decal. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, in addition to this review. read more

Just went to this car wash today and had a horrible experience. Didn't notice it till I got in the car and drove away and once it dried it looked like it wasn't even cleaned. They do the inside in a matter of seconds. There was still dirt on the matts, crumbs under the seats, the sides of the doors weren't wiped down. I had a horrible experience. Paid $40 for the Overbrook special. And to my dismay the dryers ripped my emblem out. No one attempted to even alert me! I filed an incident report which was over a hour long process. Not counting the police report I had to get. The owner never called (as I was told he would in 24-48 hours) until after I called him twice. He refused to reimburse me for the replacement cost (only $73) and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the car wash. The owner suggested I file a claim with my insurance. That was the only way he would entertain my claim. I was not paying my deductible for a $70 repair. I will NEVER go there again after patronizing this car wash for many years even prior to the current owner. I was so frustrated and disappointed by this experience. read more

I got the $45 express hand wax cleaning done today and was very happy with the results. It took close to the promised 25 mins and my car came out sparkling clean. The interior detailing was nicely done too. All stains gone and everything's dusted. It was nicely dried up for me when I picked it up. Wish I had found this one before! Wow. Never going here again. I used to come here before the new ownership with my Aunt - she's the one who introduced me to it. The type of clean she would get on her Honda Pilot made me envious I couldn't find a good place. She would get The Works. And they would do everything and she added a Tire Shine. Her car looked amazing afterwards. I went today just before work. Let me tell you. I just bought this car. It's less than 3 months old. I've been babying it and hand washing it myself for two months. I figured it was time to let it out and see if this place would do it justice. THEY DID NOT. The windows still has lines and streaks in them. And the outside of the car, why bother wiping it down with towels if that isn't even going to get rid of the water marks? Not only that but the wash didn't seem to actually clean the car. My Aunt would get her dashboard and console wiped down when she got The Works - it sparkled so much I was afraid to touch it after we got into the car. Did I get the same treatment? NOPE. Not only that but the Works use to be 14.99. It's now 16.00. AND they charged me an extra dollar because my car to THEM was consider 'Oversized'. My Aunt's Honda Pilot is OVERSIZED. My Nissan Rogue which I made sure was hella-smaller than a normal SUV isn't. Also kind of made me made that it wasn't on the board saying if you have an SUV there is an additional charge. I made the mistake of not having the app (as a carwash member), which is essential to avoid fraud since they scan bar codes. The (I think he was the manager) was SUPER patient, and understanding with me. His phenomenal customer service changed my entire experience. I have been going to this car wash for several years when the weather is ether too cold to clean my car or I'm just feeling lazy. I find the machine does an alright job, about the same as any car wash. Gets most of the gunk and dust off without doing damage to the paint. However, just this week I got my girlfriends car detailed to protect it from the salt and ice. I spoke to ether the manager or owner and he Was very friendly and the price for a full detail was very good when compared to other car washes around the main line. They left the car spotless and the attendant even noticed a tiny bit of dirt before I left and made sure clean it up. Just had a terrible experience there--read terrible reviews online and it was so close to my new house I figured I would give them a try. I had an hour and asked if that was enough to get a detail. The front desk guy said no and I asked what I could get and the manager intervened and said there were 9 guys working and they could most certainly let prioritize my car if I needed it quicker. I said I really had an extra half an hour but was just playing it safe because I had to pick my daughter up from daycare 30 min away. He said he would call me latest an hour and 20 min later. At 1 hour 40 min I arrived--no call--to find my car "10 min" from being done. I said I don't have 10 min-they promised 1 hour and I gave them what I thought was an extra 20 but was 40 min. The front desk guy proceeded to start yelling at me not to talk to him that way and that I was not getting my car back before 10 min. I said I have no option because I was running late for daycare and he said again "it will be 10 more minutes." I went to my car, infuriated and he was yelling at me the whole time and said to the guys working on me car "she's done-get her out of here." Half of them were afraid and stopped working. One guy stood trying to frantically finish and I put my car mats on myself. One guy came running after me giving me the few things I had in the trunk as well as the car seat that I didn't realize they removed. Putting me 15 min late to pick up my daughter, having teachers have to wait and be paid overtime to stay with my kid and being told off by the guy at the front desk! No thanks!!! Asked for manager and the guy claimed he was not on site. Beware. And I feel terrible for the great guys cleaning cars--they don't have a chance of making people happy. Been a member for 5 years. This place is insanely expensive for what they offer. It's a tiny wash that barely cleans your car. They have 4 broken vacuums and don't even clean their trash cans. The only reason I came here was because it was close to home. Today was really bad. Was targeted and told that I was "detailing". All I did was clean my windows and doors. Same as everyone else does. Watched them make a man wait for a woman who was there substantially longer then I wait. But once another man came I was told I need to move my car immediately. To add insult to injury the curly hair manager showed no empathy to the situation and could care less about the situation as she sat in her office chair with her leg on the seat and phone in her hand. She unwilling offered an apology and had no problem with me canceling the account! This place sucks, don't go here unless you can be fast enough for them and get out their way so they can get back to doing nothing. read more

I was a steady customer bringing in 2 cars to be washed weekly. I went there a few weeks ago and they told me the steam gun wasn't working. I went back today and it's still not working. My front mat has mud from the bad weather and there was no attempt to clean it. The car itself and the windows had water spots when I left. I will not return to KC's again. read more

Really wanted to love this spot. It's close enough to me that it could be my wash spot and with free vacuums it's got all the looks of a deal! The attendant was really friendly with me as well but the wash was much less than thorough and springing for the interior cleaning that includes the windows, mirror, jambs, dusting etc was a waste. Now all my windows are smudgy and the dust that was not visible (because it was all the same) is now streaked and stands out like a sore thumb, not to mention the missed spots on the outside of the truck the dirt still on my bumper and the mirrors that were never touched. The wheel cleaning included with the silver package is lame, I can still see brake dust everywhere. 2 stars for the wash and an additional for the friendly staff. read more

I made the mistake of coming here. I got the premium package (i.e., $25 down the drain) The machine didn't even do the basic surface clean work, and the 3 ending dryers/touch up workers didn't even bother trying to wipe off the dirt that was still all around the side of my car. Further, there are water marks all along my windows and I had to go to the gas station next door to just clean it off. Think you're better off with just hosing ur car down in 15 seconds. The appearance of the business certainly had a careworn look about it. Restroom was wasn't terribly clean although it had soap and paper towels. Nothing to say about the people working there. Let's just say they didn't do anything to upset me in any way. Work done on cleaning my car was about what you would expect for the money. Well majority of the back of my car wasn't cleaned so not sure how it was a successful carwash. A lot of salt was still left on the car. I noticed if you don't purchase one of the $25+ carwash packages, they barely put effort into washing your car. The basic staff was very polite though. This is called Total Care now and hasnt been "Graces" for awhile now. Ive been coming here for about a year now occasionally on Sundays. Never usually have to wait. The car wash is fine, my car looked good. Only one complaint, it feels like my car was gettin jumped inside there, the way it was slapping and rubbing on my car. Those brushes or swirly things were giving my car the business! I had to get out just to see if my baby was ok! She was fine tho without damage but it sure sounded pretty bad.
