Mariann called me back and the we were able to text back and forth- on a Friday night which was definitely appreciated. She listened to my situation and gave me different options as well as photos. I went in the salon and was thrilled that Mariann actually listened to my goals for my hair ( low maintenance, easy to air dry) and then gave me different options throughout the appointment. She not9 only listened but spent time looking at my hair and explaining her thoughts to me. My hair has just started to curl and she helped me learn how to wash and style my hair to rock the curls instead of hide them. Mariann was able to help me with a great cut that took out some of the thickness that drives me crazy. Not bleaching today just adding color to cover the gray hair)... I felt like they really cared about the results of my hair for the long-term not just for the one week. Most times anybody does anything with my hair involving color it comes out awful. The cut was absolutely perfect as well. Had to chop off 4 to 5 inches due to Very thin ends from my anemia... My health is improving and my hair is getting thicker and fuller. Can't wait to bring my four-year-old daughter for her haircut and follow up with many more haircuts in the future here! It's such a cool vibe in the salon. Many smiles and chatter with clients and hairdressers. There's a nail room here as well. I think there are many regulars. The salons is very clean and tidy. Very modern chic decor. It is in an office building with ample parking. The only complaint I do have is the stairs for entrance making it not ADA friendly. However, sitting in the waiting area I see a "back door" and maybe that's ADA entrance but I'm not sure. I highly recommend this establishment. We love Alex and all of the staff we've encountered have been very kind and friendly.
