I was actually at the UPS store next-door and I saw someone taking a picture of a girls hair outside of the salon, and it looked gorgeous so I went in. They had beautiful products that I use for my hair and everyone was so friendly. I wasn't sure if I can make the 10 o'clock appointment that they had for the next morning but I called back and did set that with Jacob. Jacob is a doll, so easy-going, so professional, so skilled. He is amazing with a blow dryer. I just needed a blowout, but my hair is crazy and unmanageable, but he tamed it in like less than an hour. I don't think you know what kind of feat that is. My hair is beautiful, my hair is shiny, and it smells good and it's exactly the way I wanted it. I would see Jacob every week if I lived in Hartford, he is that amazing. Go see him. I see Kristin, but if something happens and she is unable to are for me, someone in the salon will take care of me. Absolutely perfect. The owner Michael personally came to the salon to greet me with the most thoughtful little gift bag the salon created for nurses and front liners. I am a traveling nurse from NJ and I disclosed this to Michael when explaining how hectic my schedule was. His staff was more than accommodating with scheduling my appt and I was in the chair the next day. Greeted with smiles by the staff and my amazing colorist magician Jacob at the door. Jacob Went over his plan for my hair in detail and even discussed pricing with me prior to the service. That has got to be the first time anyone has ever done that and I appreciate it at more than he knew. He asked what a comfortable price point was for the services and we agreed upon a number. There were no secrets or surprises at the end of the visit. My favorite part about the salon is that it was approachable. It wasn't fancy and glamorous and over the top where you felt uncomfortable. Heather Soucier is the only stylist I ever use now. She is the best I have ever had. She works really good with long curly hair. She can cut, curl and color my hair just the way I want, and I don't even understand really what she is doing! The stylist, Sarah, took what my daughter wanted and gave great recommendations. Second time to attempt to go to hair today I called on Wednesday the 22nd spoke with a Betsy she said that she was able to squeeze me in for a Balayage I clearly explained that I my hair was dark at the top nothing was needed to be done just lightning at the ends and she said it was fine she scheduled me an appointment squeeze me in with a girl named Melanie I drove from Hartford on the day of my appointment on 124 2020 for my 1 p.m. appointment I arrive there Melanie takes me to the chair says okay well so you want to darken it right make everything to even I said no must have been a miscommunication she says well I don't have enough time for a cut nor blow dry but I can try and see if I can lighten it but not sure it'll come out how you want it I showed her a picture then she walks away speaks to the lady at the reservation desk it was a different woman and she comes back to me saying oh did you want to come back tomorrow and see Megan so pretty much I drove all the way from Hartford for nothing customer service is s*** communication is the worst the salon needs to get it together second time was the worst experience ever read more

When I met Holly she made me feel comfortable but I loved her honestly as I was ready for something new. I actually love walking into the salon as it's very inviting and everyone is so happy! What a great hair salon!! As a single mother to 5 children, my family hair needs are all met. I enjoy the style that is simple to maintain. My college sophomore and my middle school boys like having their own say in how their hair is cut. My twin girls enjoy being pampered and say they will never go to another salon.
