I went yesterday for a 60 min massage and a pedicure and could not have been happier with my experience. Both services were perfection. I actually hesitated to try a pedicure because I have gone to my normal nail place religiously for years and have been happy but Ratha blew my nail salon out of the water. The attention to detail, the care and consideration of my comfort, and the absolute gorgeous job she did was more than I could have ever hoped. Not to mention, this is the softest my feet have ever felt in years. Like butter! She was also lovely to work with. My massage with Courtney was also incredible. Again, massages are nothing new to me, so I sort of go into each massage knowing what to expect but Courtney melted me. I never fall asleep during a massage (maybe once in my entire life) and I was out like a light at some point. She was so careful of the space on my shoulder I told her about the recent surgery on, but didn't ignore it and deprive me of any of the shoulder massage piece. She accommodated my still-drying toe nails from pedicure prior (I didn't have any choice about timing; I added the pedicure on at the last minute and they were happy to work around my request). All in all, I was happy with scheduling, the services, and felt that pricing was more than fair for the quality of the services received. I have paid much more for pedicures and massages, only to be disappointed in the results. Highly recommend Parisian! Looking forward to returning to use the remainder of my gift card soon!

From the moment I spoke with the receptionist on the phone, until the moment I left, I was completely satisfied. As a resident of Cromwell, I've driven by Green Lotus many times, but today was the first time I decided to give it a try, and it was a great choice! I called Green Lotus late in the afternoon inquiring about an appointment for facial waxing either tonight or tomorrow night - and surprisingly, they were able to fit me in tonight. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Monica, and she offered to hang up my coat and get me a drink. My appointment with Vanessa went very well - she introduced herself with a handshake and conversed with me throughout the appointment. I have some skin sensitivities and allergies, and Vanessa discussed these with me prior to my appointment and added them to my record. It even printed that I had an allergy on my receipt - so I'm very pleased to know they take that matter seriously! She really took her time and didn't rush through the service. If I were to describe both employees I dealt with, I'd say: Processional & Friendly. They both deserve a ton of credit for their great customer service - something that seems rare these days. The salon is very clean and the waxing room had soft, relaxing music in the background and a soothing fountain. I thought the price was reasonable and ended up booking a future appointment. I should have called but everything happened so quickly that I honestly was not thinking about the days appointments. I was unable to pick up my phone when they called but when I realized what had happened I called right back from the hospital. They do not answer their phone so I left a message and sent an email explaining what happened, I received no response and they charged me $185.00 for missing the appt. My message stated that I understood I would need to pay a cancellation fee and asked if under the circumstances if they could refund part of the $185.00 Well as I said there was no response. I would have been a very good client for these people as I would have utilized a number of their services on an ongoing basis. I did make a mistake but I think this is a very bad way to do business and a terrible way to take advantage of someone. Sometimes things just happen!

I'm not a typical "give me a number 2 all the way around" kind guy, so I do care where I get it cut and for that matter, who cuts it. I've been going here for quite a while now. My commitment is shown in my willingness to, year after year, drive down here from Boston [North Easton, Quincy, Downtown Boston, and/or Medford, depending on the year] to get my hair snip snapped. Now that i'm temporarily local again, the distance has diminished quite a bit, but - I digress. Don't get me wrong, i've tried other places, but it never comes out as good. Hey, maybe I suck at explaining how I want my hair cut. I can live with that. My fault or not - they do good work. A lot of other places cut it too short, or cut it so straight I look like Lloyd Christmas on a good day. (Dumb & Dumber reference.) I like to come out with just a shorter version of the crazy spiked whateverness I walked in with. I can always tell they did a good job when I come home from getting a haircut and my dad looks at me, pauses, and then tells me that I should "go get a haircut." I would recommend Kiki and/or Rihanna (no, not THAT one) but anyone they hire would be a good choice. I like going to the same person because I can just go in and sit there and i don't have to explain a thing. On another note, Contours has been doing my mom's hair for years, and she does the whole 6-hour experience (cut, color, ....other hair things) and she's always happy - and trust me, if she's not happy, she would be the first one to tell you. The people are super friendly, there is always fresh coffee and some sort of food (bagels, pastries, and/or mini sandwiches) to munch on when you get there / before you leave. Not the cheapest place in the world, but in the grand scheme of things, $41 for a guy's haircut every 9 weeks isn't a big deal.

Both of these ladies will provide you with professional and kind service. Today I met Leslie for a facial.. what a special and caring person she is. She created such a relaxing and beautiful room to pamper her clients. The facial was so much more than a facial! I was immediately helped to relax. She took her time, massaged my head, shoulders and parts of my upper shoulders and back. I felt so taken care of and she was just lovely to chat with. I didn't realize just how much I needed this pampering and relaxation. I left feeling so happy & relaxed... from a booked facial! I'm still new to this salon so I imagine as I experience new services I can come back and update you. In addition to hair and skin care, nutritional services and life coaching, they have a masseuse and a red laser lit sauna!
