We came in on a Wednesday expecting the "No Weigh Wednesday" deal advertised online, a flat $6 for a cup of yogurt filled as you like. However, there were no signs or menu indications of the promotion. After a couple of minutes waiting in an empty shop, the manager appeared and was unhelpful. She claimed she'd never heard of No Weigh Wednesday and said there were no specials. My daughter got a cup of yogurt and when she went to add toppings, the manager wouldn't let her and insisted on doing it for her. Not only did she not add enough of the toppings my daughter wanted, but she kept suggesting things my daughter didn't want. It didn't help that the regular prices were outrageous, $12.05 for a single cup of yogurt is absurd when a gallon of ice cream at a grocery store is far less. If Orange Leaf wants to keep customers, they need to train their staff better and honor their advertised deals.

She asked if there was anything we needed and was attentive to help scoop the toppings in the back of the cabinet that could not be reached. She even served to patrons outside who needed extra napkins. Ms. Robertson was the only one working the counter and serving the customers. She did it all with service and a smile. It was a very positive experience due to Ms. Robertson intentional service and attention to detail.
