Our server apologized for the wait- there was a larger group before us, and we understood that. With all of the people there, the staff was all kept very busy but they did their best to keep on top of things. The music could have been a bit less loud or more calming type. We are thrilled they are staying busy especially in the economy currently. The food is worth the wait. They are a bit on the pricier side however do we don't go there often. The good thing is they have a main level gas station for regular sized vehicles and an upper one for larger trucks, semis, and RVs. They also have an RV dump station which can cause traffic clogging after holiday weekends. They have electric charging stations. The employees are usually quite friendly. We got up and walked out, not willing to wait on our order after being treated that way. We are proud Americans, and in all our years this is the first time our family has faced anything like this. We didn't leave humiliated -- we left angry. Anyone stopping at this Payson IHOP deserves to know how they treat customers of color. I'd caution any family before dining here.

Last night I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with sausage, which ultimately comes with bacon, sausage, eggs, potato, and cheese. The cheese was not even melted. There was hardly any bacon and no sausage as well as no potato. It looked like a Panini breakfast thing. On top of that it wasn't even wrapped up like it normally is and it was just thrown in the container with pinto beans which I did not order. I ordered refried as well as the rice. So my burrito got soggy from the salty pinto bean juice which ultimately did not help. The two street tacos I ordered were very salty, over seasoned. The only good thing about the order was the Tres leches cake, which was actually made by a bakery, so that made a lot of sense. I'm really unhappy with the order that I placed because I come here often and I really like it here but after the past couple experiences, I won't be returning.
