Staff were all friendly and helpful. The Chicken Kale & Wild Rice salad is so good that we got another to take home! They had delicious donuts (more like a cake though) and chocolate chip cookies. Wish I lived closer so I could get this every week! We tried a muffin that looked amazing but it ended up being super dry. A lemon loaf cake also looked good and had nice texture but was VERY lemony and we didn't enjoy it much. read more

I truly hate writing 1-star reviews, but I feel obligated to share this for people with food allergies as it has been bothering me since I visited last year. Allergy Concerns: If you have allergies, be cautious here. I visited 9/27/25 around 1:45pm and I have gluten and oat allergies. One bakery item clearly listed oat flour, yet when I asked whether another item contained oats, I was told "we don't use oat flour in anything." When I pointed out the menu item that did list oat flour, the employee checked with the kitchen and came back saying they "only use arrowroot flour," which was also incorrect based on their own ingredient labels. It was clear no one there actually knew what was in the food. What concerned me the most was the disconnect between their very loud "100% gluten free / 100% seed oil free" signage and what I observed in the kitchen. From my seat, I could clearly see a bag of Costco/Kirkland cashews, which are roasted in peanut oil and carry cross-contact warnings for wheat, soy, dairy, sesame, and other nuts. That is not aligned with absolute "100% free from" claims that allergy-sensitive customers like myself rely on. Food Experience: I've been gluten-free and vegetarian for over 10 years, and I was genuinely excited to eat here. Unfortunately, the food was extremely difficult to eat: soggy, undercooked fries; avocado toast with almost no avocado (and what little there was clearly wasn't fresh); and bland baked goods. I was very hungry and still couldn't finish the meal due to poor textures, unbalanced ingredients, and lack of flavor. Customer Service: When I politely asked about a refund since I couldn't eat the food, the response was highly defensive and shockingly rude. My words were misrepresented when relayed to management, and the owner ultimately told me to "do me a favor and never come back." (I gladly will not) In summary, this review isn't about personal taste preferences as food is subjective, and I couldn't care less that they don't want my patronage. People deserve transparency and safety when it comes to food, especially from a place that claims to care about allergies. Between the misleading claims, lack of allergen (let alone general ingredient) knowledge, and hostile handling of reasonable concerns, this establishment unfortunately cannot be trusted by people with true sensitivities or allergens. read more

We stopped in because we heard there was a healthy new cafe in Heber. Just off Main, the Mountain Wellness Bar seems to be doing a great lunch business. We came for breakfast though and not being the healthiest eater I struggled to find something to eat. They have espresso not coffee, no dairy, no gluten, sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. The acai bowl was tasty- the mini is $8. I really hope this place survives. The ladies who run this are so sweet. They lose a star for not having real breakfast potatoes. read more

Such a cute atmosphere, lots of plants around the outdoor seating which was lovely. All gluten free which was amazing, such a relief to not have to ask which items I can eat! I have the tomato avocado toast on GF sourdough and I was in awe. I wanted to order another! I also got the lemon poppy seed loaf which was delicious, I couldn't even tell it was gluten free. Lastly I got the smokey snack mix. It is pretty good but a bit too smokey for my taste, it was a bit overpowering and I would've liked more of the salty/spicy flavor to come through. I would absolutely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Side note: it was a little difficult to find at first since it's down an alley, a bigger sign out on the street would be helpful! read more

Love the gluten-free, no refined sugar and no seed oil food options! This place is fully gluten free which is amazing! I haven't found too many places like this. All their food is made to order and there's so many food options when coming here with friends or family. I'd highly recommend! I am rally surprised that no one has reviewed this place as of yet. When i was looking for vegan/gluten free food in heber for our last day in town this came up. It looks like they also do food delivery but they do have a brick and mortar location and that is what I am reviewing. They have many gluten free and vegan options on their menu. Food is clearly labeled. They offer an array of salads, fresh smoothies, cold pressed juices and then other foods. (paleo pancakes, burritos, etc.) We got some smoothies and salads. and got my daughter a wellness shot as it seemed like she was beginning to fight something off. The employees were welcoming. The location clean and inviting. Google took us to the wrong spot and I needed to go walk into a business right on main street to find them though. They are kind of on the back side of some of the businesses on main. The food was really yummy! It was nice to find some fresh and healthy options! Stopped in here on my wife's recommendation when I was looking for something "healthy". Cute place - seems very clean and trendy. The $9 smoothie seemed a bit pricey but it was quite tasty and I liked it... The service was great as the lady behind the counter was friendly and quick. The location is kind of hard to find - it's of behind some other businesses and is really only openly accessible from a bank parking lot. I probably wouldn't have even known about the place if my wife hadn't recommended it. read more

10 out of 10. I absolutely love this place for incredibly healthy and totally tasty eats! Their burrito, bowls, fresh juices, and baked goods are an experience I can't go without every time I am in town. Gluten, dairy and refined sugar free yet still tasty is a tall order yet the owner nailed it. Lisa is genuinely dedicated and passionate in delivering superbly healthy dishes so much that even my hubby loves all the dishes. The ambiance is quaint, clean and fresh. Met Carmen this weekend when we were there and she is the reason that I'm finally taking the time to write a review. Customer service is everything and Carmen treated us with such genuine and attentive hospitality that you would have thought she was the owner. We need more Carmen's shining in this world. The food was amazing. The portions were very nice. Had the wild rice chicken and kale. Super tasty. Service was no frills but excellent. Nothing fancy show up in a tux or a pair of shorts. Nice baked goods and food to go. Wife had the vegan Buddha bowl and was beyond her expectations. She took a blueberry muffin to go and couldn't stop saying how good it was. Mountain Wellness Bar is our usual go-to restaurant for healthy gluten and dairy-free options. Today, we had a horrible experience. We selected a few items out of the to-go fridge and ordered a fresh item. Upon ordering, the gal was friendly and nice. However, when paying, I couldn't figure out why some items were more expensive. I didn't receive a receipt, so I asked for one. The receipt showed two items were more expensive than the sign in the fridge. After checking and enquiring, I was told they were $10, despite the sign showing $9. I asked her to verify the price. She said it must be wrong, even though I know it's correct based on past purchases. The gal ignored me and returned to prepping food behind the counter. I was pretty annoyed but decided it wasn't worth the $2. However, customer service can go a long way:). As I was sitting and waiting for my cooked item, I realized the same girl was prepping food while touching the register, grabbing food, wiping her hands on her pants, etc. All without gloves. The pricing issue and rude customer service are one thing, but a healthy restaurant disregarding food handling safety is gross. The ONLY place I go out to eat since living part time in Utah. After being spoiled with so many options in California and eating plant based, gluten free for many many years, it's been almost impossible to find truly healthy whole food in most of Utah. Lucky for me, we live very close to this wonderful restaurant and I can take a break from cooking a couple of times a week when I'm here. The Vegan Buddha Bowl and Burrito are my faves and their blueberry muffins are ridiculously delicious. The owner Alisha really cares about ingredients and is the sweetest human as well. Everyone is super friendly and the place is spotless... like eat-off-the-floor clean! They are closed Sundays & Mondays for meal prep so check hours before you go but GO!! I genuinely cannot praise the staff at Mountain Wellness Bar enough! I went through Flight Attendant training at the Salt Lake City airport, many miles away from my home in Florida. For 32 consecutive days, I lived in a nearby hotel with no kitchen, and absolutely did not have the time (nor money, or desire) to order from restaurants the entirety of my stay. With only a mini fridge at my disposal, I was unable to use the more common meal prep/delivery services like Hellofresh. This is how I found Mountain Wellness Bar's meal delivery service. Mountain Meals was an absolute lifesaver. The food was SO fresh and delicious, and the menu was well-curated. I wanted to maintain some semblance of "health" foods, and they DELIVERED. (Literally and figuratively!) I am not personally gluten-free, but I noticed an immense reduction in my "mid-afternoon crash" when removing it from the majority of my diet. I could rave about the menu and how great all the food was for paragraphs, but what I would really like people to know is how incredible the service was! From the moment of my initial inquiry, I always received extremely quick responses, and excellent communication. Not only did they work with me to devise a meal plan that would work with my training schedule and personal needs, but they even went out of their delivery radius to get my meals to me! I would be at the airport/training facility during most hours of the day, and they always delivered my meals exactly when expected, and went above and beyond to work with me to ensure the front desk staff at the hotel could accommodate the drop-offs by refrigerating items if I would not be able to retrieve them promptly. Everything was labeled with stickers and I even got snacks and some juices, too! My meals were always delivered in insulated bags, and I was so thrilled that they would allow me to exchange the bags via the hotel front desk so I didn't continue to hoard a pile in my limited-space room, lol. The only feedback for improvement I would like to see is an alternative to plastic packaging. Though the containers are microwave safe (and potentially dishwasher safe?) I simply don't throw plastic in the landfill and would love to see this plastic waste reduced. Another suggestion would be a container-return program/service. If I lived in Utah, I would absolutely continue to use this service. Mountain Wellness Bar and the Mountain Meals service is top-notch, and I could not recommend it enough! read more

I called because your front counter person didn't know that the doughnuts in the display case were vegan. I got home and decided to call and speak to you to be sure. If I could come here every day I would...This place is astounding! Such an absolute GEM!!! Even if you are not a healthy eater, the flavor and quality of the food here is insane. For those who have dietary restrictions, you've just found your new favorite restaurant. I come multiple times a week, my kids love it, my friends have all loved it, and it's just incredible. The owner said that she puts intention into every ingredient. There are no fillers, preservatives, or toxic ingredients in ANYTHING! And it tastes good!! She went to culinary school and combines all of that expertise into the menu. For anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle--without feeling deprived of good food--go there now!! Btw...I personally love their baked goods. The vegan blueberry muffin is very hearty and flavorful, not too sweet and the perfect breakfast. Pretty good food. I am a whole 30 eater and this was my first time at a restaurant in thirty or so days. I was instantly bloated after eating only whole 30 listed in ingredients (bacon burger bowl). That being said, I know there was some imitation or inaccuracy to the menu description. Either way it's a solid and healthy option for the area but similar to Luna's kitchen in PC, I am not 100% sure they are honest with their ingredient description. The gal at the menu had no idea what was in the fry sauce. That had to have been what got me. read more
