Staff was more than happy to do it but it's just annoying going into a business of any kind when it's not really busy and little details like that haven't been addressed. The shop itself was not that small and we were able to sit and enjoy our toast before departing for a great workout. First was Violet, she handled a rude customer with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and politeness. Violet's unwavering determination to address the issues the customer was causing was to have a smart, calm, and polite plan. Violet carried out her plan and the customer had no choice but to stop being rude. Secondly, my food service was great thanks to Jacob. He kept the line of communication open from the beginning. It was a busy lunchtime and when he took my order Jacob kindly said that he had other orders in front of mine and that mine would take a little longer to get out. How I appreciated that small amount of communication. That went a long way. Honestly he had my food out to me within 5 minutes, so it wasn't that long of a wait but I appreciate the communication. Thirdly is Brynlee. She always has a smile on her face and remembers things about customers and their lives. She asked me about my daughter. I listened to her ask other customers about them and their families. She makes the atmosphere feel like community. All three of these staff members are assets to the company. They welcome everyone with a smile, a kind word or two, and they keep the place looking great. I enjoy going there to do my laundry and eat lunch.
