MISSING CHICKEN I ordered and paid $11.28 for a Thai Chicken wrap that had everything but chicken inside. The wrap was well seasoned with Thai dressing and veggies, but when I noticed that I didn't taste chicken...I opened the wrap and saw tiny chips of what might have been chicken! The price of the sandwich went UP while the quality went down. I'll not be visiting this store again and if you want chicken inside of your chicken wrap I suggest you find some other place too. read more

The worst possible customer service I've ever experienced. They are ALWAYS so rude and unprofessional. I try to order online and just walk In and grab my order so I don't have to talk to them, but today it was inevitable. When I ordered through the app, I substituted my berries but I guess it didn't save. When I got in, I told them about the mistake and they told me, "the receipt tells you what you ordered and that's what you ordered." Then rung up another for me to pay again. It's on the breakfast menu. It's soooo good! I like it because i don't feel sluggish after eating it. I also like the fact that it's served warm. My go to drinks are the island green and the açaí berry smoothie on the superfood smoothie options. Everyone I've encountered at this location have been friendly. There's a lot of really great options, and plenty of add-ins like protein and almonds. We had a great recommendation to try the cranberry truffle and it was great! Now the smoothies were great, loved the flavor, wasn't to sweet either. But the cuban sandwich, was not what I was expecting at all. First they put a lot of mayo on it and there was no pickles. Now, I'm cuban and putting mayo on a cuban sandwich is crazy to me, as well as no pickles. Maybe others like mayo and no pickles on their cuban sandwich. But, no one I know. I decided against take away any stars because the sandwich after I scraped off the mayo was good and now that I've had it, I can easily ask for pickles and no mayo next time.
