A great variety of flavors along with a good selection of toppings. They also offer fresh pressed juices and freshly made-to-order açai bowls. The service is amazing! Friendly staff but seems pricey for what it is. I tried several of the frozen yogurts and most were overly sweet to me bc of that I got the fruit bowl size small. You can only get up to 3 toppings or they charge more. It's already 11.50.... My guy got the butter pecan and his bowl wasn't nearly that full and it was over $9.... Than they want a tip at the register. Most of it is self serve. I miss yummilicious. read more

Just recently tried this place, and I've already been here twice. My boyfriend loves Froyo, and I needed a non-dairy option, so this place is perfect for us. I get my acai bowl, and he gets his froyo. This place is my 1st time ever trying an acai bowl, and I am literally in love Everyone who works here is so friendly, making the place welcoming and inviting. They also keep the place so clean. I was at Frozen Ropes on October 18th for a fundraiser for a club I'm in at college. My visit there with my friends started out incident-free but it ended with humiliation. You see, ever since I was a little kid, I have hated being called any pet names beginning with the word "sweet", but the owner called me "sweetie" twice in front of everyone although me and one of my friends introduced ourselves to her upon arrival. While the ice cream is delicious, Frozen Ropes staff (including the owners) could use a little more training on professional etiquette. The teenager who was working at the cash register was super nice however! My friend told me the day after all of that about how she was given a card for free fro-yo to give to me, but I am not planning on coming back to Frozen Ropes anytime soon. read more

While the idea of frozen yogurt repulses me, the folks at Frozen Ropes make the most delicious acai bowls in town. Portions are enormous, flavors and textures on point. I crave it. I love this place. I tasted their juice at Pensacola market and now I can't stop drinking it. They have amazing customer service. Btw, I am a customer service snob soooo.... Best fresh juice in town made from fresh pressed fruits and veggies. No extra process: goes straight from the table, to the bottle, to your stomach. This place is legit. As I have a young daughter I've been to several different frozen yogurt spots since she loves the stuff so much. Not many stand out to me and they are all basically the same from my experience, you grab a cup, get your yogurt, add toppings pay and leave. This spot however stands out above the rest I've been too by having a wide array of toppings that I haven't seen at any other frozen yogurt places. Seriously there's a ton to choose from. The flavor of the yogurt itself was ok nothing too special (I got the butter pecan cheesecake) but the toppings my daughter had to choose from absolutely delighted her. Overall a great experience and I'm sure she's going to be asking to go back soon. read more
