First time stopping by. I tried the smooth 7, which was recommended by the polite fella they came running out to my car to take my order when the line had 3 cars in it. I was so impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff, but the true winner was the coffee. It was incredible, smooth and delicious. Decided to try this place instead of going to Onyx or Kennedy my two go-to coffee spots in NWA. I wish that 7Brews could of eventually made that list because neither Onyx/Kennedy do not have a drive thru. Unfortunately my experience here was not a pleasant one. I came by on a busy Friday morning and ordered 2-Vanilla Lattes, a very common typical coffee shop beverage. When I took my first sip I could not believe how milky it was. I thought maybe it's just the residual foam sitting on top. So I took the lid off and was baffled when I saw that it was all steamed milk sweetened beyond belief with absolutely ZERO espresso!! I paid $11 with tip for two drinks that I had to throw away after just two sips of hot sweet milk. I hope that one day they can get it together. I won't be back anytime soon! read more

Update: Adding one star thanks to fantastic customer service this morning. Employees are encouraged and empowered to do the right thing and this is really hard to find these days! We love their drinks! Everyone is friendly and service is super fast. We do not love being interrogated every time we stop in... They've obviously been trained to small talk with customers while they wait, and I get it. Better customer service, etc. But on the other hand, some people don't want to answer 5 questions when they haven't had their morning coffee fix. I've even tried shutting them down with short answers but that results in more questions. If I wanted to tell you which room in my house I was painting that morning AND what color we were painting it, I would have volunteered that info when you asked what I was doing that day (yes, this really happened). 7 Brew Coffee. The only coffee shop I've been to that doesn't serve actual coffee and only offers espresso drinks. The alternative for true coffee fans is their americano which unfortunately is quite weak and watery. The staff, incredibly friendly! Very helpful, nice and a pleasure to interact with. The dual drive up window is super convenient, but sadly does not make up for the fact that they don't have drip coffee. Bolder Coffee is right down the street and definitely worth a visit. read more

I want to love this place because of the concept and the convenience of a double drive thru coffee shop, but I just can't. We ordered an iced latte and an iced mocha and they were both gross. Full of milk and couldn't even taste the coffee, we had to throw both of them away. I never waste coffee, but I didn't feel bad because I'm not sure there was any in my drink. I will probably go back in a couple of months and try again. For now, I will stick to our other local coffee shops. read more

Vanilla latte are the best here. Not too sweet - just perfect. Better than Starbucks IMO. It's a stand alone coffee drive thru and gets the job done right. It seems 7 Brew has worked out a lot of the kinks that were driving some of the lower ratings. My only complaint as of this writing is that they need to fix the menu. The menu should be further out so those of us who like to change it up and/or are indecisive can see some new choices before we get right up to the window. This applies to all locations. Other than that 7 Brew seems to be rolling right along now. I love the hot chocolates! read more

Sat in line for 20 minutes without moving. There was one guy inside making coffee for both lanes while one of the workers (long haired blonde) just stood at the drive thru window laughing and talking with the customer at the window. It was infuriating since there were 6 cars deep on both sides. I've heard the coffee is great but the service is way too slow. read more

We visited last Sunday. Had large snickez chiller. Oh my gosh, it was so good. Could taste the expresso in it which was wonderful. The staff was so upbeat and friendly you couldn't help but smile. They are opening another one in August in Bentonville, which will be much closer to where we live. More visits on the way. Yum. Try a local business rather than going to Starbucks. I've ordered coffee here several times, and it never tastes like coffee. I'm not sure what the ingredients are, as that's mysteriously left off of the website. They often get my order wrong, I'm lactose intolerant and always order with soy or almond milk, and have to watch through the window to make sure they don't use cow's milk. Unfortunately, they've only gotten it correct 1 out of the several times I've been there. Positive, the staff is very friendly. That's helps when they continue to get my order incorrect. As a rule, I only stop by 7 Brew when there is a line. Every time I do go, however, I am impressed by the quickness with which my drink is made. My go-to drink is the iced chai. Goodness it is good! And a large is much more reasonably priced than national chains. This is a nice and easy way to get my coffee fix and I'm happy to support some where local! read more

I love their coffee! I love their prices! I don't like they are not on our side of town. So I don't get their coffee as often as I would like. Still if I am close I do get a treat. I love 7brew I have always had great experiences, always. The staff is always amazing and friendly and I love talking to them about my day. If I have my dogs with me they offer a pupcup on the house which I think is super sweet so all 3 of my dogs come with me when we go and I choose them out of every other coffee place even though I am closer to Scooters I choose them because they really care about my service dog, I am a disabled veteran. well I thought they did until today! I came across the first grumpy staff that I encountered at any 7 brew, she was rude! I asked about the pupcups for my pups which has never been a problem before. She whispers to her coworker you need to charge them 3.00 for those they aren't free very bratty like! She didn't talk to us at all while we waited got an attitude about our order because we had quite a large order as we always do. I am so disappointed today, why hire someone that doesn't like their job and has an attitude and why has every other staff always given us free pupcups, why have we not been charged before? Its literally whipped cream and a bone. I think 7brew may be getting a little big and lost their customer atmosphere and that makes me sad. I guess I will go to scooters from now on where they give us free dog bones and have happy staff that welcomes us with open arms and I will spend my 20 dollars or more a day there. very disappointed! read more

Pretty good drinks and pleasant employees. The service was MUCH faster than most cafes (especially starbucks or similar locations). Only complaint is that they don't have straight black coffee (that's how I usually like my coffee). The closest you can get a black americano. What I've tried from there is great and the speed of service is amazing. If you're in a rush this is probably you're best bet. I haven't had to wait for more that a minute when they've made anything for me, even during rush hour. I definitely recommend that you at least try it. read more

I find that the friendly service is consistent every time at 7 Brew, particularly the 52nd street location. It is important that a business is intentional with its customers and never leaves a customer feeling like they are a burden on the staff for requesting service. Since I visit 7 Brew frequently early in the morning, I am happy to have talkative and kind people greeting me and making my drinks at the start of my day. It really does make a difference in my day, but further makes me want to return to the business. The drinks are always well made, the service is quick, and the staff is energetic and this has been true of every location I have visited. I visited 7 Brew on the kickoff day during the summer time and I knew that this business would be unique. I also just really like their slogan of cultivating kindness particularly because they do accomplish that task so well consistently. The idea of a drive thru coffee place is convenient and adds nice variety to the local coffee stop options, and 7 Brew is my choice frequently! Also the iced blondie rocks read more
